I am so uset about one employee at store near Good Samaritan hospital when using my gift card that I bought online Costco. My husband and I, we used gift cards like this many times on the way for working. Your service were so good before until this noon. One new employee, we met her she first time. She refused to accept our gift card and said that it was use for ordering online. She confirmed she was the higher position in that Subway and she didn’t need to ask other coworkers how to use gift card. I begged her let me ask another employee who I met many times there and this employee I met , she accepted to use our gift card. We said here to serve good for your customers, we also afford our money to buy gift cards and we underdtand how to use it.

extremely burnt meatball 1/2 thru sandwich. and had to reason with the cashier to give new sandwich…she wanted to give me one meatball, instead of my money back or a new sandwich. in the end got new sandwich with 3! meatballs , lol.
