A great place to eat fresh. The experience was punctuated by friendly folks making fresh, tasty Subway sandwiches. Built to order, just how I like it. The location is good and the place was clean; the experience was consistent with the best Subway locations I’ve been to. 10/10, would stop here again. Sbubby: Eef Freef!

The food was good but the management and customer service and people skills by the staff was horrible and they have signs put up everywhere saying no extra refills and if you wear a mask away from your table you’ll be asked to leave and it was just horrible it was like something out of a bad late night movie on late night TV would not recommend this place ever horrible I am actually going to contact the regional manager of Subway about this place file a formal regional complaint stay away from here

I do online orders for many reasons and I’ve never had an issue before they always do a really good job. Today I did it and they missed a few steps on not only mine but my husbands sandwich to. And the cookies were hard. I’ve worked at a subway before so I know sometimes it can be hectic Depending on the time and if you need to prep more food etc. Just Please next time pay attention. I got there because I ordered online and got a email saying my order was canceled or voided. Me and my girlfriend ordered at the same time thinking that maybe if I talk to them they’d understand. I was mistaken, they started getting snotty and didnt offer me anything in return for the mix up after I showed them all the proof of my order, the email and the cancelation email.

This place is going downhill. There is a “manager” who is very condescending. He interrupts, doesn’t listen. And if you ask nicely still won’t give you what you ask for on your nachos or sandwich. Worth the drive to go to nearby Rantoul. The customer is never “right” here.

Like any other subway, they have a good sandwich. I believe the employees need a little more training for using the register. Other than that, this is a small establishment with some seating, but I’d rather eat in the car or take it home.

Well this is my second review in a matter of weeks I guess for now on since they can’t pay attention I’ll have to go and watch them because they’ve done this again! not only did they not toast it they took parts of my husband’s sandwich put it on mine parts of his and put it on his like come on now I have worked at subway before it tells you step by step on the order how the person wants the sandwich!! PAY ATTENTION please!!!!
