Don’t go there orderd off the app and picked up on the way home 20mins later and all there is bread and bacon no chicken for a chicken bacon ranch sub, called and they couldn’t do anything about it and I couldn’t get my refund will not be going back

I dont know who is teaching the current staff how to make their bread or if they are just keeping it too long, but in the last 6 months, I have had nothing but bricks for bread. If I wanted bread I could knock someone out with I’d go to Jimmy Johns. So disappointing now that we only have one Subway again. Waste of money.

Great food,but when you order online,the subs never have much stuff on them at all. Best to go in and watch them being made in front of you. Also last time I was in there they have there pickup online orders sitting underneath the cool air vent in the ceiling,so your sandwich is cold by the time u pick it up 20 mins.later

My cousin and I were at this store on Sunday.
When my cousin ordered his sandwich the young man that was working cut open a full 12 inch bun and my cousin only ordered a 6 inch so instead of cutting it in half he ripped it with his hands and then he threw the meat on it and asked my cousin if he wanted to heated or toasted and he said he wanted it heated but not toasted so then he took and scraped all the meat off the bun onto a tray and put it in the oven and then when it came to putting the extras on he got very little lettuce about three slivers of onion and one slice of green pepper and it was pretty much the same lack of enthusiasm when I got my sweet onion teriyaki sandwich this kid needs more training and then the girl at the register couldn’t count money! We were not very happy customers!!

Great customer services, all sandwich artists always have smile on their face no matter how busy they are. Looks better since remodeled but didn’t like that they replaced benches with uncomfortable chairs in most of the dining area.

I love Subway but I will often get the subway sunrise melt, and most of the time my eggs are always unthawed and the meat is cold even when I get it toasted. After leaving I also realized that my Subway sandwich was priced higher than it should have been. It’s a great place just make sure check your order before you leave.

A really nice little spot for lunch, staff was very friendly and seemed happy. The store was very clean and was stocked well. The staff offered options with sandwiches and also kept the tables nice and clean. Will be visiting again. Also prices are very affordable and they offer specials. Great place.

First time at this store in Monroe, we were hungary and excited to put our orders in! Two of us have serious food allergies and one employee made us feel bothersome, was condescending and aggressive with actions and to add to the more than uncomfortable situation she displayed inappropriate mannerism. She was cross contaminating.
