The lettuce was stale and pink ingredients were in other bins. Cross contamination in all the food. Lost my appetite and the food was stale. In addition to all of this there was no gloves when he was making my food. Worst subway experience ever.

Walked in no one there. No one eating at the tables and no one behind the counter. Few minutes young girl and an older fellow walked out. No eye contact from either of them. We placed our order went to sit down. Looking where to sit we noticed all tables needed to be cleaned. Some tables had food crumbs on it. Others were either sticky or had something spilled on the seat. We decided to take it to go.
Sandwiches were good no complaints. The cream of broccoli and cheese soup was great!

This is a bad review because I had ordered a Reuben corned beef foot long sub for two people which was cut in half to dress each half differently for me and my companion, but stiffed out of more money. I was charged for two 6″ subs instead of the one foot long.
The woman even refused to acknowledge that it was the same sandwich just because she cut it in half and that only one half was the Italian herbs I told her I wanted from the beginning. I clearly saw that she used both halves of the same loaf for each half. I never told her I wanted any other type of bread – so she lied and overcharged me anyway.

Bad service never fails every time I come into this place. They are very greedy with the way they prepare the sandwiches, different to other Subway establishments; and usually don’t take coupons either. I go back thinking they’ve possibly changed their service, but I’m always disappointed. Never coming back to this Subway again. They honestly need to change their management or attitudes towards customers.

Worst subway I’ve been to. My sandwich wasn’t even closed properly when she wrapped it. Mayonnaise everywhere. Also so stingy with the ingredients. The Walmart subway is better.

Today the Credit card machine not working and no one have informed the customer to have cash or do not order. After standing in que for 10 minutes and preparing the sandwich, they tell you cannot take this sandwich because the machine is not working. Employee here prefers to trash the food instead of feeding.
Thus wasting food and people time. Sad but true.

Went in to get the same sandwhich I usually always get, a turkey breast sandwhich, worker behind the counter thought I said chicken breast even though I have never ordered that, and I didn’t realize this until after it was toasted. Worker and co-worker proceeded to make fun of me, arguing with me whether I actually ordered a chicken or turkey breast sandwhich which isn’t very serious, but I was not in the mood.

This subway has horrible customer service did a order online went to pick it up they said they couldn’t find it cancel it or I couldn’t get my order. Was given attitude from both the staff and manager when I asked for help they weren’t willing to help me kept giving me the run around with numbers to call. No one was willing to try and help me. Asked the manger if there’s anything I she can do and she told me no that I lost out on my money basically.
