Management really needs to address some ongoing issues at this location.
I keep telling myself I’m not going to come back, but the fries are just that good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop.
On several occasions, I’ve called to let them know the Cajun fries are over-seasoned—and not just a little. It’s so bad that I have to come home and sift through my fries before I can eat them. You can clearly see in the photo that there’s still way too much seasoning even after sifting.
When I’ve called to give feedback, the response has been dismissive at best. I’ve been told, “Okay, next time just get it without Cajun,” or the call was simply ended. That’s not customer service, and it doesn’t address the issue.
Employees in-store also barely acknowledge customers, which adds to the poor experience.
At this point, I’ll likely drive the extra 5 miles to another location and hope for better service and consistency.

Wonderful visit, Only place I know that make Bacon Shakes . Right now they got meals for $12.99 I upgraded my drink to a shake it is extra $3.50 But unlimited items you can add to the shake with no extra cost you can’t get that anywhere else.Food was delicious.All the lady’s working today were very nice to me and doing a A++ job. Definitely would come back to this location.

My daughter took me to Five Guys for lunch today, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team working at this location. She’s currently searching for a job, and as a parent, I always pay attention to the atmosphere and professionalism within a workplace. I was genuinely impressed by how family-friendly, respectful, and cohesive this crew was.
In a time when workplace dynamics can sometimes be unpredictable, it was refreshing to see such genuine teamwork and care among employees. The environment felt safe, welcoming, and positive—qualities any mother would hope for in a potential place of employment for her child.
A special mention to the manager, who was exceptionally polite and engaging—even when I lightheartedly asked if he was the “employee of the month.” His leadership clearly reflects in the team’s professionalism and positive attitudes.
Overall, this Five Guys location deserves recognition for its excellent customer service, teamwork, and uplifting environment. Thank you for setting such a strong example of what a positive workplace should look like.

I always love Five Guys when and wherever I can get it. Although it is not very often as it is one of the more expensive burger places you could go to and its not really a craft type burger. But it is good nonetheless. If only they would not punish you for liking french fries. Goodness sakes their fries are almost as expensive as the burger. Why, when potatos are so inexpensive. Anyway this is not a rant about price, just a wish that they would come down in price as that is the only way I’ll get the rest of my family to join me at Five Guys. They refuse to pay this much. However, I will return once or twice a year but would make it monthly if the prices came down.

Horrible experience. Ordered about 8pm, picked it up 15 minutes early. Everything says they make things fresh so it’s hot and quality food. The burger without bread was small, the fries cup fit around the burger, it was as big around as a can of Pepsi I had. It was missing all condiments except mayonnaise. The burger patties were small, cold, cheese was not melted, and grilled onions were missing. Additionally I bit into a piece of bone as well. The hotdog was missing grilled onions and was soggy, probably from being wrapped in foil. Better hotdogs at Costco, Sam’s Club and even 7-11 for a fraction of the cost. The burger with buns was lukewarm but at least not cold and were much larger than the medallions of beef i received. The fries had good flavor, but were cold as well. I paid $44 for this and highly disappointed. It was not hot and fresh made, it was substandard in every way for the prices being charged. This review will be shared, this is not acceptable for the prices being charged.

Ordered our food and watched a girl chatting with staff. She lifted all the cups touching the rim of just about all of them. I like salted fries but these had the salt shaker poured on them. Didn’t know I needed to ask for non-seasoned fries. The burger itself was decent but way overpriced for what it is.
Staff were polite but appeared to lack leadership. One staff member made a comment when the phone was ringing to another member “ I don’t know what to say”. Needless to say the phone stopped ringing, started to ring again and another member answered the call.
The tables had not been wiped off. Our table was dirty. There were two couples seated prior to us arriving and never seen anyone come clean tables.

Although it is a little bit pricy, i say it was completely worth it. When i went the workers were working hard and fast and were completely nice; their lobby was also quite very clean. The food was absolutely amazing, the burger tasted so fresh, the flavors were definitely there. Their pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, all of it was fresh. Their fries were perfectly seasoned and the shakes are super good too. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

First of all, the prices are exorbitant! $40.00 for two hamburgers, one large fry, and one drink. After arriving home with our order, I found that we were charged and given FOUR patties. This is NOT what I asked for. The fries were old, limp, full of grease and extremely salty. Overall, the meal was disgusting and cost as much as a sit down restaurant. I returned the next morning to discuss my experience, and I was told by “Madison” (refused to give me her last name) that not all staff understands the menu and properly communicates to patrons that when you order a hamburger, you will get two patties. I was told that there would be no recompense for such a poor experience and that the location had no General Manager…It was her (shift leader) and no one else. TERRIBLE FOOD AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE! I will never visit this restaurant again and will make sure that our entire community of 750 new homes are informed via our community Face Book Page, my experience with “Madison” and the Five Guys Chain. At a minimum, the staff needs training in customer service and needs to inform and verify patrons purchase before they pay $40.00 for TWO HAMBURGERS THAT WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE TWO PATTIES EACH TO BEGIN WITH AND SOME VERY DISGUSTING FRIES. Never again will I fail to do my due diligence when visiting a new retail establishment. I experienced a lack of professionalism at every level. Think twice before you choose this restaurant to spend your hard earned money!

Food was fine for what it is. Comparable to other higher fast food burgers but way more expensive. We spent over $70 for 3 burger meals. We’ve eaten at actual table service burger restaurants and not spent that much.

My wife and I tried this location for the first time tonight. We are big fans of 5 Guys and were so happy we have a location so close to where we live. The food was amazing. My burger was cooked to perfection and her hot dog was wonderful as well. We did the regular fries that are always great and tried the cajun fries and they were tasty as well. I notice that a lot of the negative reviews are due to the cost. People need to realize that 5 Guys is not fast food, but a casual dining restaurant and is priced accordingly. If you want a cheap burger that’s been sitting around than there are plenty of places around to get one. If you want a fresh quality burger then fork over a little extra money and get 5 Guys.
