As a person who has worked- and currently does work- in the food industry, this quality is unacceptable by any standards. The fries were all so underdone that I couldn’t stomach more than three of them. Not to mention that I paid for a small fry and a medium fry and was given two small fries, one in a medium fry cup. Honestly ridiculous. The management at this establishment needs to pay attention to what their employees are putting out. This is absolutely ridiculous.

drove thru at 10:30pm last night, 2/9/2023. no one else there, so no wait. ordered chicken combo with MAYO ONLY on sandwich. screen showed MAYO ONLY. i believe that standard should be maintained always. well…sandwich had EVERYTHING on it. chicken was super HARD. fried were COLD and STALE. on top of that, the person that brought the food to the young lady at the window looked like he just didn’t want to be there. $15.00 is just too much to spend on garbage.

I’ve always liked Wendy’s, and I especially like their chili. I stopped at the Newark, NY, store last week and purchased two small chili’s for dinner. When I opened the containers, I was shocked. Neither container was more than 3/4s full, picture attached. This tactic of reducing the amount served instead of raising the price is becoming more prevalent, to me it feels dishonest. I am disappointed
