I never leave raving comments these days. I had the most perfect experience at THIS SPECIFIC subway today. The young lady who helped me (black curly long hair, about 5’ tall, birth mark on her arm) was the highest quality service at any fast food restaurant. She asked the right questions to help me make the sandwich properly, she knew everything, she was wicked fast and accurate. She was kind and professional, she quite literally made, the perfect sub. She also dealt with a very picky customer before me and she made it look easy!! I could not have been so kind. Big shout to you young lady, you restore my faith In people’s work ethic.

I’ve never in my life seen an employee lean over the food, so far she was leaning her arms, forearms, under arms , wrist all over touching the bread it made me so uncomfortable to watch, I couldn’t even allow her to finish, I had to embarrassingly ask her to get a new piece out, all while apologizing profusely because i just couldnt stomach eating that bread she laid her under arms down on, im short myself I understand being short, but she was offended and just rude after I asked her for new bread, I almost cancled the whole order, now im sitting in my semi, contemplating if I should have just cancled the order, im rather disgusted by seeing so many parts of someone’s body over food, as a trucker I have no where else to go, this was 2/20/26 at 115pm and the worker was donna, please train your staff to stay off the counters and off the customers bread,

Lettuce was quite brown, which isn’t terrible, but the entire time I was there 3 subs were laying there open. I was in the vicinity for 10 minutes and that’s just a bit too long to have food laying out.
I think subway is to have food wrapped up within 2 minutes of putting it on a sub.
Somebody’s online order wasn’t prime!

Tried the Steak Philly, highly disappointed. Hardly enough steak to be called a sandwich. Quality of the meat is disappointing. $13 for a 6inch combo chips and a drink. Not worth it !!

The guy who made our sandwich was banging things around looking angry during our order. He suddenly cheered up to customers after us who were white so I’m guessing he didn’t like non-whites walking into the shop ordering sandwiches or he was having a bad moment right when we were there. Either way it was unpleasant, and I was getting suspicious about what he’s putting in our sandwich since the meat section is not visible to customers. Ruined the vibe.

This is by far the slowest and worst staffed subway maybe in the entire country. Never able to get good service never enough employees and long wait times for food that is just thrown together with no presentation.
