The kitchen staff took forever; they were joking around, laughing loudly, and playing music at an extremely high volume, which was completely inappropriate for the setting, as it contained explicit lyrics. They made me wait over 40 minutes for my order, only to then bring out five orders at once and close the place, which indicates they were simply wasting time to finish their shift. ♀️

Let me just start of by saying the young women and young men at the register where super nice a professional despite us being a group of like 12. The poor girl was freezing everytime someone opened up the front door and us being nosy asked why she doesn’t have on a jacket. Come to find out they can’t, Wingstop does not allow them to. Shame on Wingstop. Keep your employees comfortable and happy and they will bring back customers. Do better wing stop. What kind of punishment is that.

This place is RIDICULOUS. They actually ran out of chicken! YES A CHICKEN PLACE WITH NO CHICKEN! This place gets worse and worse. I can tell from reading the rest of the views who ACTUALLY is a customer and who is JUST giving fake reviews. There was no ice in the machine, water all across the floor and NOT TO MENTION there is always something missing from your order. I have had enough with this location. The experience here is so horrible it makes you want to NEVER eat wingstop again. I will NEVER eat this location again. Too many problems that never get fixed! Eat here at your own risk!

My office ordered for pick up! All orders were ready in a timely manner and Cheyenne was especially sweet and helpful! She helped me make sure I had all my colleagues’ orders and bagged them nicely with labels and even offered to help me to my car.

Totally different experience from the Wingstop at Galveston. Dirty men’s room, barely any water pressure, and even though I brought it to their attention they did not take any actions to clean the bathroom. Food took a very long time to be ready even though there were barely any customers there. Yoi could tell from the taste and the smell of the Chicken that the oil was burnt. Food certainly tasted very different from their other location. Would not recommend this place.

Bathroom sink barely has water , no paper towels, Music was rap full curse . Staff was nice but I think place is quite mid managed , 3 stars average should of warned me but I love wing stop wings so hopefully management makes some adjustments, No water and no paper towels in bathroom now I have to wonder how they washing up after they go pee???? Oh my
