Ordered food from here recently and to say I’m less than pleased would be an understatement, first off we ordered two boneless mean deals, each was supposed to come with 2O wings and 2 ranch sauces, we also received a free 10 piece wing in our online order. We also ordered the Cajun corn. When the food arrive we only had 30 wings in total and they were hardly sauced at all you could tell they didn’t put any effort into preparing the food almost like they rushed just to get it done so they could go home as it was poorly put together. We only got 1 of the French fries, the corn was not put in the bag and there were no dipping sauces, also they did not fulfill the free 10 piece wing as that was also missing here are some photos of what we got when we opened the bag, half sauced wings that were missing one flavor completely (Louisiana Rub) , one french fries when there should have been 2, no dippin sauces or Cajun corn and not free 10 piece as promised in the online order. Absolutely a disaster and atrocious effort from the Morristown Wing Stop. 70 dollars wasted and when we called Uber Eats for a refund they didn’t even have a phone number to speak with anyone, they only gave us 11.99 back in the refund and we didn’t get 5 items that were fully paid for. Totally unacceptable customer service from Uber Eats and terrible effort by the wing stop and it’s night time employee. This is not completely on them as Uber Eats also failed us on a expensive order, we will be using Door Dash from now on as they don’t scam their customers like Uber Eats. I hope someone at this wing stop reads this and puts in effort to make sure none has such a horrible experience as I did from the Morristown NJ location. You can see in the photos of the chicken just the complete lack of effort to even hand toss the wings properly.

called in an order at 4:30 for 6:00pm pick up. it was the super bowl, so of course they were busier than all hell. i waited for an hour for them to call my name while all these men and other people harassed the workers. eventually i was able to get to a spot where i could ask the worker very politely if they had an order for 8 six piece combos under my name. he went to look and said sorry they didn’t have it. i tried to ask if they had it under a different yet similar name because when i called to order, there was some confusion about that towards the end of the call, but despite me trying to get his attention again, he ignored me and kept talking to the men who were being so pushy and berating him. I get that it was the super bowl and of course, super busy, but there was no organization and there was no regard for the fact that i had called in and now my order was missing. incredibly stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

Tbh I wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. I’ve given this place chance after chance and they keep messing up. Had to remake my order and it was STILL bad! Too lazy or cheap to change the oil, these fries are underseasoned, burnt but undercooked and really soggy. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. Wings also under seasoned after I asked for more twice. I paid for 10, they gave me 8.

But waiting on our food it wasn’t even started:and then I noticed why all the workers was on their cellphone touching clothes and handling food without gloves. They can get someone sick smmfh

This is the best and most consistent Wingstop in Jersey. I order online and my order is always ready, the wings always come out extra crispy just the way I like it. I don’t usually write reviews unless I’m very impressed and after so many attempts at going to Wingstops closer to home I choose to take the drive every time. Just had to put it out there.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would.
Walked in with my order confirmation ready to go. I politely gave them the name and showed them on my phone. Then they persisted to repeatedly ask me for the name, and say my order wasn’t there.
They didn’t Even look for it.
Then I asked if they could look it up using my conformation number. They looked at me like I had three heads. They rudely shrugged me off and went directly back to playing on their phones in front of me. (Refer to the picture below.)
After going back a forth with them not even trying to attempt to do their jobs, the taller black gentleman who was doing all of the cooking in the back. He overheard all of the madness that they call customer service. He Walked up to the counter, looked at the shelf, and the order was sitting there with my name on it plain as day. I didn’t grab his name but HE NEEDS A RAISE!!
Common sense ain’t common, and reading is fundamental. How do you have an employer and you don’t have basic reading and comprehension skills. and to be clear there was NO LANGUAGE BARRIER. So that’s not even a viable factor.
I will never give my hard earned money to an establishment that treats their customers that way. No matter how minor or important the transaction is.
For example, whether I spend $2 on a candy bar from wherever. Or I’m doing a $10,000 deal with a dealership.
You will not get my money if you disrespect me.
If I hadn’t pre paid, you wouldn’t have gotten a penny from me.
Shame on whoever hired them and who ever runs this location.

Decided to give this spot one more chance because I was really wanting some wings and they’ve always let me down smh, but let me tell you one thing right off the bat.. my FIRST initial thought was “did this place just get a mean upgrade!??!” The fries were perfect. The wings were perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect and mind you last time I got food from there the chicken was RAW and just not cooked right…. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at this Wingstop location so I’m REALLY REALLY and I mean REALLY HOPING THEY CONTINUE THAT WAY!!!!!

Picked up original hot sandwich from here and it was dry. It came along with ranch but it could have used some more sauces. Chicken was also not well covered in sauce, there was one dry patche on a patty. Two stars because chicken was at least soft and not chewy.
