This is the best location hands down. The staff is very nice and helpful, they will let you know if it costs extra. They accept coupons and have a notice with the coupons that are not accepted (expired and BOGO)
The building itself is very tall and spacious, you have plenty of tables to sit down and eat unlike other locations. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.

Worst subway ever. Guy at the cashier is always breathing down workers back. They don’t know how to make wraps!!!! Why did they warm up the chicken then just throw it onto the pita, I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to mix it with mayo then put it on cold. Then proceeded to make the wrap into a big taco. I’m so blew about this. Then they tweaked when the person behind came in with a coupon!

So I went in to order a tuna fish sandwich on wheat, obviously the guy didn’t know what he was doing cuz he kept asking me what meat and I had to remind him again tuna and then it took him forever to even cut the bread. And everytime he filled the scooper of tuna he would scaped out the majority of the tuna out and gave me such a small portion of tuna it is literally just a vegetable sandwich with a butter knife spread amount of tuna… If you’re going to charge me $14 for just a sandwich and then I expect my sandwich to actually have tuna fish. I will never patronize this location again I was very disappointed with the whole experience. If you’re going to be cheap with the product then your prices need to be lower

I asked her for a foot long all american sandwiches and for some reason she started to make meatball sandwiche, So I’m like ok my kids like that sandwiche as well I told her it’s ok. Then I asked her to cut it in 3 she did. I asked her wrap it individually and told me no im like why not all she said that she wont do it. On Friday, May 7 at 4:00 PM, I came in for an early dinner. The two younger Guys working the shift there were both extremely friendly, courteous….. and they made a great wrap. I was there for a while, as I sat in one of the clean booths doing some work. Around 5 o’clock, I watched the parking lot get loaded with the dinner crowd, and there was a line of about 6 people within a few minutes. The two guys did a great job at making everyone feel welcome as they walked in tending to the orders. With 15+ years of retail management in my background, I can tell you these guys were well above board, and brought a “Cheers like atmosphere“ To the establishment. Great job!

Almost everyone is great here! Come here quiete often and they always get everything right. The only thing is the younger guy who I’m assuming is a trainer is a bit condescending and arrogant. Kind of sucks going to get your sandwich and all you hear is him being rude to his trainees. Like he’s better than all of them.
