Go there all the time and the staff is very warm and welcoming. It’s nice getting to know them and they know my name when I walk in. Drinks are always great. One of the better Starbucks in the twin cities.

I came to this location for my first time yesterday and I had the best Starbucks experience. My sister and I were ordering 5 drinks and the app wasn’t working to order ahead, so we went in the drive through (I don’t usually do that with a larger order). Suni took our order and despite a few modifications, she didn’t skip a beat. Usually we have to repeat ourselves multiple times until the barista gets the order correct. We pulled ahead and it didn’t look like there were many people working. She had our drinks out and ready so fast. She even thought to ask ahead about which two drinks we would like to keep out of the drink carrier for us to enjoy. It seems small, but that level of thinking ahead and thoughtfulness is so hard to come by these days. Shout out to Suni, she really made our morning and I want her to know that she is so appreciated!

It’s a standard Starbucks, they do have a drive through. The employees have a great vibe and the atmosphere is wonderful. It’s very new so the facilities are very modern. The building itself is semi small so there isn’t much seating but there is enough.

My FAVORITE Starbucks location! I drive 15 minutes out of my way, because the one in my town has really rude team members. This location has the best team that truly seems like they love being there. I think her name is Mari and every time I go through the drive thru she makes my day just by being so bubbly and kind!

This is my ultimate favorite starbucks to goo to. I’ll gladly drive an extra 10min to go here over the forest lake location. These girls make you feel welcomed and clearly enjoy their jobs! I’ve never had a dull experience or bad drink from them!♡ keep up the great work ladies!

Drive thru order. Athena was super sweet. The baristas made fantastic drinks (Caramel Ribbon Crunch and an iced chai tea latte – are there other drinks on the menu?! Haha). Will definitely be back again soon.

Came in with my daughter a half hour before closing on a Friday night, and it was very quiet. The two employees were friendly towards us even though I could tell they had been working on getting prepped for closing and could have been annoyed with us showing up. I mentioned we were there for my teen daughter’s birthday as she requested Starbucks as her birthday treat, rather than having a birthday cake. They were out of the donuts that she was hoping for, but we were still able to order her a drink. The employee making the drinks was SO AMAZINGLY kind and wrote my daughter a happy birthday note with pictures on her cup, and then they grabbed a birthday cake pop for her from the back. They went above and beyond to make this a special moment for her. And we are so thankful! Will for sure be back to this clean and welcoming location!

Everything about this store is great, however they never are open. The people that work here are amazing. If only the store would ever be open. It’s brand new and sure doesn’t give Starbucks a good name when it’s never open.
