I taste more veggies than the tuna which is not good. It’s supposed to be a balance . Since streamwood location closed I’m in search for the best subways around here that DO accept coupons this place does accept coupons but by far this is the worst cuz I barely got any tuna. Seems I’ll have to take my business else where. I should have paid attention to the very low 3star rating when I went now I see why well I never seen a subway rated this low, I’m thinking how can u make a bad sandwich? but apparently u can why is it so hard to make a sandwich?
Also was a lot of cars parked by me which I thought o subway must be busy but it’s surrounded by other stores cuz I was only 1in that store When a subway looks like a dead zone that’s not a good sign
The staff member on duty did not notify me when my order was ready. I was waiting in my car and observed her standing behind the counter. When I walked in, she did not greet me and was talking on her cellphone. I politely asked about my order, and she dismissively pointed toward a bag and said, “It’s there, pick it up,” without confirming or checking anything.
I had to ask again to confirm it was my order, and her response was rude and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in the food and hospitality industry where courteous customer interaction should be standard.
I hope this issue is addressed seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer service at this location.
Food wasn’t even completely right. Tasted fine, for Subway, but no cheese and untoasted. Not coming back to this location.
