I luv tuna that’s always and like #1 only subway I get but ya I’m eating it and I’m not tasting much tuna but even when she was spreading it the scoops seemed far apart from each compared to ALL OTHER LOCATIONS I’ve seen
I taste more veggies than the tuna which is not good. It’s supposed to be a balance . Since streamwood location closed I’m in search for the best subways around here that DO accept coupons this place does accept coupons but by far this is the worst cuz I barely got any tuna. Seems I’ll have to take my business else where. I should have paid attention to the very low 3star rating when I went now I see why well I never seen a subway rated this low, I’m thinking how can u make a bad sandwich? but apparently u can why is it so hard to make a sandwich?
Also was a lot of cars parked by me which I thought o subway must be busy but it’s surrounded by other stores cuz I was only 1in that store When a subway looks like a dead zone that’s not a good sign

I placed a mobile order via the Subway app and arrived on June 25, 2025, at around 8:25 PM to pick it up.

The staff member on duty did not notify me when my order was ready. I was waiting in my car and observed her standing behind the counter. When I walked in, she did not greet me and was talking on her cellphone. I politely asked about my order, and she dismissively pointed toward a bag and said, “It’s there, pick it up,” without confirming or checking anything.

I had to ask again to confirm it was my order, and her response was rude and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in the food and hospitality industry where courteous customer interaction should be standard.

I hope this issue is addressed seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer service at this location.

I’ve been here several times and normally never have an issue. The guy that works there at night seems to be a very good employee and is always on point. Tonight I placed an order for pickup and it took me 15 to 20 min to build an order since the app kept crashing and got charged on my credit card only to find out they closed at 6 pm when the hours state 7 pm. The owners should hire more staff as the one man shop at night doesn’t always workout for the customers or the employee. At least update the store hours so people aren’t wasting their time and can better plan to eat else where.

Where’s the Beef? Roast beef sandwich literally had 1 1/2 thin slice of beef plus lettuce. I ordered a Beef sandwich not lettuce sandwich. My 1st and last time ordering here. Subways in lake county are not skimpy on the meat, it’s weighed.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Service was terrible and I usually don’t say anything but the lady that was helping me had an attitude. Don’t know why you would work in a food industry place if you have no manners.

It seems like the guys who work in the morning hate their job , they don’t have any kind of education, how are you, thank you , bye , nothing of that . Almost got yelled because i don’t go to subway very often so I didn’t knew what kind of bread they had . The woman that took my order was on a call with AirPods on .Their customer service is a joke

Worse 10-15 second interaction ever. Didn’t say hello, didn’t say goodbye, didn’t thank me for my order. Just flopped my food down rudely and gave a condescending wave over it as if to say “Here’s your food, get out.”

Food wasn’t even completely right. Tasted fine, for Subway, but no cheese and untoasted. Not coming back to this location.

Went here with my family at 9:15pm and was helped by Baumik. He was very professional and also very cautious with how he prepared our subs. He went above and beyond in bringing out Fresh Turkey, instead of using the few left over pieces from the day, that was very thoughtful. He also let us eat there even though it was almost closing time. This was a delightful Subway Experience. Keep up the good work Baumik.
