Food was just ok, Panera at 42 much much better. This location suffers from doing without I guess. 3 times visiting over the past year and 3rd time out of baguettes , which knocks out a big portion of menu. For what ever reason they drain all the drinks available about 2 hours before they close. Employees generally friendly, they just always are missing something. On this trip no cups, had to use small water cups for drinks….. update went to counter to get my desert …. And we are out of bearclaws….. no 4th time for me.

Waited on the drive thru for 10 minutes at 7pm with only one cat ahead of mine. Pick 2 was $17 for broccoli soup and half chicken frontaga sandwich!! No drink.. soup was so watery and the sandwich had hardly any meat on it. She didn’t include the French baguette either. This is definitely the worst Panera service and quality wise. They did have a 100 sanitation score very recently, so I was very hopeful.

Ordered a Green Goddess chicken salad, got home the salad had no chicken. My husband ordered the steak sandwich and he had minimal steak. They didn’t have the bread needed for the first sandwich I ordered. Turkey sandwich & broccoli soup were the best 2 things we got.

Don’t seem to fully understand that the cream of chicken and wild rice soup is actually supposed to be creamy. Not water down slop. They get busy and forget that food still has to be good quality.

Ordered online 2 salads and put note to prepare them for dining in. They were made to go. Not long after starting to eat both of our salads had a lot of bad lettuce that we continually had to remove from our salad. Mine also had several bad pieces of strawberries.

Great customer service. We stopped for a late dinner while travelling home. Food was good as was the service. My son dropped his wallet on the seat though. When I called to ask about it they found it and agreed they could mail it to us. I offered to pay all shipping. Desiree (sp) was so great, she took it to the Post Office and mailed it to us. She wouldn’t let me pay for it. What kindness!! Thanks for everything!

Disappointed in this location. Picture of my meal included – this is without eating anything. Ordered a Baja bowl for rapid pick-up and received about half of one. Pic not included but got a “premium” side that was half full at best. I’ve ordered this same meal from other locations and received twice as much food.

I’ve had many delivery orders through the Panara website for the Smithfield store and have never had an issue. This delivery I ordered a soup breadbowl and another item. I received the delivery and there was no soup included. I asked that they credit my card back for the item I didn’t receive, but they said they couldn’t or could not get up with anyone that could. They offered to put my name on a list and next time I ordered they would through something extra in.
