It’s alright. My only complaint is that they refused to give me a bottled drink I ordered online with my meal because it “was a dollar extra” something that should be labeled on the app if that is the case. The Fresh Value Meal states that it’s a drink and side for +$3.50, nowhere did it say bottled drinks were a dollar extra.

I am so happy this location is here. My neighborhood Subway changed owners and went down the toilet. I’ve been coming here for the past few months and ensuring is better. The bad, the way they make the sandwiches, and the super-friendly sandwich makers. Night and day difference from 925 Roosevelt. I actually look forward to coming here for my sandwich.

It was nice to see Stockton, Illinois had a Subway. There were three staff behind the counter and no line during lunch time. As always, it was very clean and service was great. I assume staff were local students. My salad for lunch and turkey sandwich for dinner were made to perfect. Vegetables looked very fresh. I am unable to report any flaws. Two thumbs up!

Your employee Hansa (I hope that is how you spell it correctly and I’m sorry if I mispelled it) SHE IS AMAZING! She makes the atmosphere feel so love and caring and she goes the extra mile for her clients. I don’t live in the area but I was visiting and decided to stop for a bite and I was totally thrown off by how my experience of a typical subway went to 10/10 driving 40 minutes back just to eat here! She has a huge heart for what she does and literally asks how your food is and if you need your sandwich warmed up again or packed up if you don’t finish. PLEASE recognize her because she’s a one in the million employee and I don’t want her to unnoticed. Hansa thank you for brightening up my day with your warm heart of compassion, kindness and happiness.

Last time I went to this place I ordered for pick up and they said they did not get my order. So they sent me away, then I kept track to see if I would get my money back. Never did. I called them but they did not answer the phone either. Horrible service and rude.

Been anxious to try the new line of hot sandwiches at Subway, particularly the Philly. My wife went in and ordered and watched with disbelief as the woman opened the bread, laid a few slices of meat, added a couple slices of provolone and put it in a microwave…took it out, tossed some cold green peppers and onion on it then wrapped it up. When my wife returned to the car, she said “you’re not going to be happy with this…I’ll pick you up one from Jersey Mike’s. When we got home and I compared…Subway went into the garbage. Very, very disappointed in Subway (Wheaton). I won’t go back. If you don’t make your Philly Cheesesteaks at home, Jersey Mike’s is best I’ve found.

I’ve never stayed here for a meal, to be honest. During the summer I ride westbound on the Illinois Prairie Path to get to my workplace, and just to exercise. Usually my water bottle is empty by the time I roll through Wheaton, so I always stop at this Subway and they always let me refill my bottle with ice water—a far step above the lukewarm water of the public drinking fountains. Staff is always kind to me even during the lunch rush.
