I usually don’t even write reviews and just go with it if one thing is messed up. But the lady here was absolutely a pig stock. First of all she’s talking on the phone with one air pod on which a lot of them do and I don’t get. Family owned obviously no customer service experience. Then she throws like actually. My turkey meat on the sandwhich, man handles the ———- out of it. Then she puts the wrong cheese obviously more concerned about her phone call. Another customer walks in and I see her man handle his food. The ingredients are dry and old you could tell. She throws all the ingredients onto my sandwhich. Messy messy messy. The way she would throw back excess or spoons made me even more mad like she had better places to be. Do better I should definitely be reached out to and talked about this issue so you guys could fix it.

Lazy staff and shortchanged order. I had surgery and chose curbside on the app. The manager got angry and told me to never order curbside again. He didn’t care that I was using a cane and was partially immobile. I even included a $2.00 on the app when placing the order 🙁 They put the wrong cheese and didn’t add any extra veggies that were ordered. I’m done with this location.

Extremely rude loud mouthed Indian Gujarati lady who was screaming her lungs out when my son politely mentioned there was no soap in the one and only restroom they have. She started yelling at my son that she apparently filled the dispenser this morning but customers have already used it up in a day.. But when you see here, there’s no empty soap even in the restroom.. I’m not sure how hygienic these folks are who are handling food without using soap and with barehands… I would totally avoid this place.. Disgusting

I came at this Subway location with a coupon and noticed they didnt have any signs that said coupons weren’t allowed so when I went to pay the women who was cashing me out told me in a very smug and condescending manner that coupons are not allowed, I told her I would buy it however for future reference she should put up a sign so this doesnt happen to another customer, she walked away with an attitude and said “okay yup next time” the gentlemen behind whom I assume was the store manager informed me that all Chicago land subways are no longer accepting coupons.

Thought first why Subway has bad reviews, its just a sandwich. The guy who makes sandwiches is very very very rude. Second he told me total is $11 something, then while paying I paid with my apple pay total $14 something. So I asked for a receipt and he said its 11 something. I asked a receipt again and saw that he charged me automatically a tip without my knowledge or approval, its illegal. I let it go but made sure I am not fool and the he asks me fine right? NO IT’s NOT FINE, this is exactly as stealing money from someone’s pocket.

Not a great place. Service was bad however the employees seem to not know proper English so it was hard too order and understand what they where saying. Also kept pushing to get me too buy some leftover sandwich that wasn’t picked up kept asking and I kept saying no. Bad service.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Picked up our order to find out it was wrong, went back and the guy barely spoke English and starts arguing with us. He was saying that it was right even after he looked at both the online order and the receipt. He finally realized the mistake when he opened up the sandwich and looked at it. He never apologized for arguing or for the order being wrong. We asked for a refund he plainly said no. We asked to speak to the manager and her said no manager on duty. We asked him to call the manager and he refused. He said he’d remake the sandwich but at that point we didn’t want to deal with him anymore so we left(without the refund). He followed us to the parking lot and kept arguing saying he’d give us a free cookie! We repeatedly said no and he wouldn’t leave until we said we’d call the police if he didn’t leave us alone! If you value order accuracy and decent customer service SKIP THIS PLACE!

Placed an order online and they hadn’t even started when I got here. They ask me for my ID which clearly states my name and I see my name on the receipt and they still didn’t believe me it was me. My name isn’t even common. I finally take out the card I paid with and I said is this what you need and they say oh ok and start making the subs. I won’t waste time coming here anymore.
