This location deserves zero stars. I ordered through the Subway App and my card was charged. Once the order was marked ready, I went to pick it up. The employees originally said that they did not have this order come through the system. I showed them the confirmation email and order on my app. The response no longer was, “we didn’t get your order, but rather, we don’t participate in this offer. I have no issue with that, but asked for a refund and was told they didn’t have the order. I got home and called the store again, finally my order was cancelled. Team members were not honest, would’ve rather they just said that they didn’t participate and refund my order from the start. Will not be going to this Subway again.

Both kid’s pizzas were not cooked much/enough. The crust was warm but the entire rest of both pizzas were refrigerator cold. Didn’t have Swiss cheese for my ham and Swiss. The employee just put pepper jack on the sandwich and didn’t say anything until I asked why it didn’t look like Swiss. Had to wait about 5-8 min to get waited on while some grub hub type guy (who didn’t speak English and couldn’t communicate with the employee) picked up 3 orders. Right after that guy left 2 separate guys came in looking for their food that just drove away a minute earlier. $34 for 2 undercooked pizzas and 2 footlongs. Is a lot. 2 stars cause my sandwich was built and tasted good.

Worst sandwichs I ever had. Always got the toasted sandwichs but these were both hard and rubbery. Probably 3 day old bread. Not a bargain anymore and now they are horrible. Go to McDonald’s or Burger king and get Anything on the menu.

I ride my bike with my friends to subway and it is totally worth it. There delicious sandwiches are AMAZING. 5 stars by far. Definitely love subway over jimmy johns and every other sandwich shop.

Sloppiest subway experience. We rang the bell and yelled for assistance for literally more than 5min until the employee got out of his car and came in the restaurant followed by his girlfriend. My toasted sub was burnt the first time so we tried again. Still crispy but edible. I didnt finish it at home though because the tomatoes tasted awful.

Tried it twice and both times they put no meat on the sandwich. It’s dry bread. Gross. When i ask for a little more they want to charge me. Sorry but 3 slices on a footlong isn’t enough. Won’t be going back

Oh how my head doth flutter the moment I open the door to this ubiquitous establishment. I hasten to waft the fumes of freshly baked wheat into my nostrils and, yes, even my mouth. I sup upon the fumes, eagerly huffing them down whilst the sandwichmun – artists, indeed – stack my husky buns with every conceivable vegetable. I do not, then, consume the beautiful ‘submarine’ like the other savages. I stare solemnly at it and weep.
