Best Subway between Lake and Mchenry county. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean and organized on both sides of the counter. I got both sandwiches exactly as I ordered on the app. It’s the only location I feel confident ordering from ahead of time. Very satisfied overall.

Amazing service. I placed an order. I walked in to pick up & was out in 40 seconds. I was greeted coming in & a farewell when leaving. Mind you, this is my first time going to this location. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the workers running this establishment. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you! And give these people a raise or something. Seriously.

Food was good, but incredibly slow! Four people walked in right before me so I used the restroom first. Still same four people in line, only ordering one sandwich each without any apparent difficulty but taking forever and a day to make the sandwiches. Guess the A team wasn’t working that day lol

Cheap sandwiches (especially with coupons). We ordered the roast beef sub and loaded it with veggies and cheese. Very good and filling for the price. Staff was very helpful when I asked about sodium content.

Employees were very rude when we visited earlier. Both the employees sighed in exasperation when we walked in. The large young lady was especially rude. She never said thank you and spoke to us in a curt manner. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich and she put only two small pieces on top of the tiny amount she had. None of the employees working greeted us or spoke to us politely. The Male working at the time even yawned. Will not be coming to this locaction again, and I will be going out of my way to visit the Walmart location instead.
