Upon arrival, we waited at the front for over five minutes before being seated, which we understood since the restaurant was fairly busy. However, once seated, we noticed the table was dirty-sticky, and the fabric on the booth chairs was visibly dirty. It took another five minutes for our server to bring napkins, at which point we asked for the table to be wiped.
Shortly after, another server came to take our order. We then waited nearly an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When it did, the queso dip was nearly cold and had cheese all over the outside of the cup. Though my chicken wrap was delicious, it was served with what appeared to be the bottom scraps of the fry bag. Also, a spider crawled across our table during checkout, which was
The bathrooms also lacked cleanliness, which added to the not so good impression.
While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was slightly disappointing due to the long wait times, cleanliness issues, and lack of attention to detail.

We were greeted and sat immediately by Miranda! She took our orders and told us about the kids menu items. She had our drinks in a flash to us! Kids loved their chicken tenders and Mac & Cheese. We had the bone in wings and nuggets. Fries and slaw. Our slaw had no dressing or anything. Just cabbage set up. It was not edible. Lots of sports on tvs and staff was busy. It’s a week before Xmas we hope you all stay busy!

I go here every now and then for lunch/dinner. Most things on the menu are a bit overpriced for what you get, as is everything nowadays, but they have some good choices (such as this phenomenal salad, pictured below, which I got two meals out of). I’ve had the same server the past few times I’ve been (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) and she was very friendly and did a great job. Sometimes the service is a little slow but I don’t really mind.
It is quite loud and a tad overwhelming for my liking in the restaurant. It would be a nice ambience if you were there to watch sports. But the food is good and the restaurant seems mostly clean.

This location used to be a lot better. Maybe it is just an anomaly but the last two times we have been here the food and service was just “okay”. Not really worth coming back for. One of the worst BW3’s I’ve been to and we have ate at them all over the country.

I’ve had a rough week and me and a buddy went to get food. They were busy and very short staffed, we sat at the bar and there was a rude and drunk man giving them problem the bartender Wyatt was his name I believe had the waitress Wendi come over to help with him and he eventually left, Wyatt was an awesome bartender said he was a marine during our conversations and was really great and Wendi took our food order food was hot and delicious. Wendi was a fantastic server and super nice and we felt like we were well taken care of! Even though they were short staffed they worked hard. They were out of a lot of menu items but that’s not the staffs fault. Will definitely be returning!

Bdubs is always awesome! First time trying the one by the Huntington mall and it was overall better than Portsmouth! Wings had more sauce for sure and the queso was slightly different with a little more flavor. It’s really pulling hairs comparing two buds since they are all great! I always recommend bdubs for wings.
Update: walked in 10min before 1pm Sunday NFL started. Waitress double checked what game i was wanting to see so I would be right in front of a TV. Had my wings and queso before kickoff. I’ve never had such fast service! Another great experience and another great Cowboys win!

Absolutely horrible service, have no idea how the food tastes. Placed an order, 55 minutes later – no food still, told them to forget it !!!!!! If you need to watch TV great place – if you expect to eat or drink anything , stay home or pick another place!!

Great food. Hostess should be able to be at the desk to seat costumers. My family and I stood waiting along with other costumers for about 15 minutes without a greeting or even seeing an employee. During this time at least a dozen or more costumers came in and decided to not wait and left. Once we were seated everything was slow but went good.

We were there today after church and the menus were disgustedly dirty. The table was dirty. They were out of like five different things, including boneless wings, which blows my mind. They brought all our meals except mine, and the waitress said that she gave it back to the cook telling them it looked horrible and they were making me another one. I ended up taking it to go. Also, your glass doors coming in and out of that place are absolutely disgusting. You need to clean them. My son had to ask for sauce because there was hardly anything on the boned chicken wings. Our waitress was great. I have to give her a definite five star. I see it’s going to be taken over by new management, I hope you turn it around.

Tried to eat here today. We should have known not to try again after the last time, or the fact that the parking lot was AGAIN like always empty. We walked in where they promptly informed us that the were completely out of boneless wings, cheese curds, and 3 other items. Who is managing this place? How do you run out of wings at a wing place not to mention several other things more?!? I definitely will drive passed and head to the Cross Lanes location next time.
