Complete disaster location. 6 ppl came in at noon for lunch. 1 employee (very young) and he rejected all business and told all of us we can’t be served because of a $197 catering order. He also let us know his co worker was a no show and the manager would not pick up the phone. “Can you believe this!!!” Little did he know I had a 10 sandwich order with a meal and was told I can’t serve you. Nor did he ask what was I ordering. I blame the owner and upper management. Who trained this person? Obviously, they don’t like money. What owner allows 1 worker on a Saturday for lunch and catering orders. No wonder the community does not support this location.

Over charging for condiments on turkey Cali club it’s already one of your highest priced sandwiches. 20 dollars for one sandwich is plain inflation!!!!! Really subway!!! You got to do better!!!!!!

I ordered a footlong chicken sandwich, got charged for extra meat and there was barely meat to cover the bottom side of the bread. I feel like I spent $11 on bread and veggies. Don’t go to this location.

They need to work more to have better customer Service, the 3 Philippines people who work there are not helpful unfortunately in this store and they don’t want often take orders by phone in order to don’t wait long time in line and keep everybody safe in this time of COVID-19, and this is the second time I see flies close by the meet area and that is not good for everybody. The lady would not give me the kind of bread I wanted, kept pointing at a sign. She put onions on it and I didnt want any. I asked for it to be toasted and she poured mayo on my steak and cheese and I did not want any and then she put it in a paper bag and put it in to toast. The bottom was burned and stuck to the paper bag. It was a huge mess. We were travelling from the Navy Base back home. We will NEVER eat there again.

I came to this place last friday and this is not my first time coming.Everytime I come in I feel unwelcomed. I always get the same thing but this time my foot long bread was hard like stale and I also purchased chicken noodles and the Korean woman didn’t even give me crackers or napkins. This company really needs to speak with there team members on customer service.

Tried to order a pizza. Asian man didn’t know what I was talking about. Then goes and gets a frozen pizza with the least amount of toppings on any pizza I have ever seen. Then puts in a browing oven. Doesn’t even ask me if I wanted anything extra on there. Then pulls it out of the oven and starts slicing it. I tell the man I wanted the deluxe that is stated on the menu. So he then charges me $1.50 extra and asks what I wanted on it after it has already been siting there. He adds some cheese I asked for and got some ham and tore it apart on put it on top of the pizza, then boxed it and gave it to me. So I didn’t eat it, but a few bites. So I order a bowl of soup, it’s thick when I get it, so I had to thin it a little to be able to eat it. Needed salt. So I ask for salt, she hands me the salt shaker they use to season the food with. It’s stopped up. Had to take the lid off to get any salt. So then the older man starts flipping the lights to let everyone know it time to leave. They are closing. WOW! don’t think I will ever be back, what a circus.

Staff was rude when I called them about changing the time of my order. I placed a order and noticed I picked the wrong time. I called them immediately and they told me that it was already made and waiting for me. Mind you ita been a whole minute since I order my 3 sandwich so there was no way they were all made already in under a minute.
