Not sure why they’re online times. Say 10 and the signs on the door. Say 10 the last couple times that I’ve gone around 915 they do not want to take my order saying sorry we already closed. We forgot to lock the door. I get it We all want to go home, but it says 10 Mon- Fri. That’s bad for Business. If you guys are gonna be closing a whole Thirty Minutes early. But I’m not the only one with this issue seems the manager doesn’t care?

Absolutely pathetic! This location has gone down hill fast over the past couple of months. I dug my receipt out the trash once I saw my sandwich. I ordered a Turkey, the amount of meat I was given, for a Turkey ONLY, wasn’t half of that I get from other locations. I didn’t get Pepperoni, that I WAS CHARGED FOR! And extra pickles, I barely had any! This will be my last time ordering from here.

I went in on Saturday night I got there like at 9:30-9:35 there was only worker and 2 people that were together but they were getting 3 sandwiches done I waited patiently for the whole 3 footlong subs if he knows what time they normally close especially if most of the power is on a timer and it was the same worker that was there the last time I had gone maybe like a month ago he should of known and could have easily asked what I was going to want to have it toasted at least but no waited until he finished with the 3 subs or could have told me hey I won’t be able to get you order in this is the last subs for tonight but no! waited 10-15mins later to tell me sorry I can’t your order anymore the damn lack of communication is terrible.

Ordered tuna sandwich. Everything tasted fine. Veggies were fresh, bread soft. The only suggestion I have is to work on their customer service. no greeting, smile, eye contact, nothing….seemed bothered with questions. I do see why no one was at this place.

Complete disaster location. 6 ppl came in at noon for lunch. 1 employee (very young) and he rejected all business and told all of us we can’t be served because of a $197 catering order. He also let us know his co worker was a no show and the manager would not pick up the phone. “Can you believe this!!!” Little did he know I had a 10 sandwich order with a meal and was told I can’t serve you. Nor did he ask what was I ordering. I blame the owner and upper management. Who trained this person? Obviously, they don’t like money. What owner allows 1 worker on a Saturday for lunch and catering orders. No wonder the community does not support this location.

They need to work more to have better customer Service, the 3 Philippines people who work there are not helpful unfortunately in this store and they don’t want often take orders by phone in order to don’t wait long time in line and keep everybody safe in this time of COVID-19, and this is the second time I see flies close by the meet area and that is not good for everybody. Not healthy
I would love to see this place with a better service and take care customers keeping everything clean and having more control with flies around during summer time☀️

First time I’ve been to subway and they try to charge for a small cup of jalepino. Asian lady who was the cashier was rude about it, I would just save your time and go somewhere else or another location. Food also didn’t look fresh, looked very dried up. Parking lot can also get a touch up as there are many potholes.
