The poor young man who was running the show by himself because his co-workers no showed was a trooper. He made my sandwich the way I wanted it by himself with not much experience. And when he wasn’t making sandwiches, he was cleaning up, restocking, and doing overall an excellent job. I’ve been here before and it’s never too bad, but I just came in today, and I dont know what happened, the shift leader seemed to just be all over the place, but I didnt see much of her. The 2 up front that made my sandwich didnt hear a single thing I said I guess, because i asked for a subway club, and the guy put only Turkey on it and then gave it to the lady at the other section, so I said “hey can i get the bacon and ham on there as well” and i only got my bacon, and after he put the bacon on there, he gave it to the other lady again, so now my Club sandwich has just Turkey and bacon on it, I dont understand how they didnt hear me or what they were doing. The whole time they were just whispering to eachother so maybe that’s why they messed up mine and my girlfriends sandwich.

Used to be good… Turned into the most rude staff ever. The new manager is super rude. Half of the new hires do not know what they are doing. One staff that helped my family didn’t wash her hands after handling cash before making our sandwiches. Overall worst experience ever.
