My favorite Subway in the valley. The sandwich artist, Amanda, is always very friendly and has a smile on her face. This Subway has many seating options and tables which gives it an inviting, homey atmosphere. The cookies here are pretty darn good too

3x, 12″ sandwiches 2 with a 2nd protein… $50! The staff couldn’t explain why the cost was so hight… the actually turned around and went to the back instead of engaging in conversation.
This subway’s prices are double the other available stores in the Valley. We will not be returning.
Also the male working was slow in a sad way… he seemed to not understand how to put items on the sandwich, seemed confused about his job.

Order a barbecue chicken sandwich. It was prepared well, but it’s not my personal favorite. The two employees were young and cheerful. The customers who walked in were also friendly. A client at a table had rested his head down and had fallen asleep, and when he woke up he found a subway gift card in front of him. He was surprised and very happy… That came to show the kind clients this restaurant gets. Great atmosphere of inclusion and respect!

Went before and just sorry service and attitude. This time there was awesome friendly service!! No excuse of why I can’t get something. Leaned over and asked about the wraps and what I wanted and she said sir with a big smile I “can” and will make any wrap you like!! These other big restaurants need to that attitude it was awesome refreshing and the staff seemed to be very aware of the customer and very clean! This was about week ago. Than you we usually don’t get treated good like that. You guys are awesome. Whatever you do be the best and they are!!

Its been a while since I have visited this Subway. Lots of new menu items, lots of old favorite bread choices are gone, with some new choices replacing them. Man, have the prices gone up! But then again, anywhere you go out to restaurants…huge price increases! Thanks Biden!

I stood for a long period of time before the employee came to the counter. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The employee told me there was no such thing at subway, it was either rotisserie or sweet onion teriyaki (grilled chicken is on the menu). I explained what I was talking about, and she all but called me stupid (going as far as to scoop the meat out to show me what chicken looks like) and told me in the future to not ask for grilled chicken because it would confuse the employees. She then finished making my sandwich, and proceeded to charge me for one of the most expensive sandwiches on the menu. No explanation, no apology, just charged me almost 20$ for a sandwich I didn’t even want.
It would appear that there is a lack of training.
Food was good, and fresh, just an overall frustrating experience. Make sure to double check your receipts here.

Dropped in off highway on our way thru, one foot long, one 6” and one wrap later we were quickly on our way. The girl serving us was great to deal with. The subs were delicious! Well done
