Our first time coming through this town while traveling. Girl behind the counter seamed highly annoyed the entire time she was making our sandwich’s slamming things around. HAVE Never had such a rude and snappy experience at a subway.

We stopped through here on our way home from Missoula for a late lunch. The first gal that started my husband’s and my sandwich was prompt and sweet. The gal who finished our sandwiches dropped my meatball into the tomatoes and the woman behind me in line brought it to her attention. She had already wrapped my sandwich, but proceeded to toss the meatball and a couple tomatoes. She came to the till to finish us out and when I asked her for another meatball she seemed inconvenienced. The first gal offered to make me a new one but she was already wrapping the sandwich back up, so I declined. I should have taken her up on it though, as I could not eat it as a sandwich. They were out of parmesan, barely had enough bell pepper for my sandwich. The tea was barely brewed and tasted like water. The table was dirty. The bathroom when I went to wash my now messy hands was not clean. My husband said the urinal was out of order as well. I used to work for a different subway and this was sad to see.

We have been eating Subway more than the average person.. today at the Livingston, MT store was not our best. The sandwiches were fine but the customer service was not. 3 young women working and not one of them was pleasant..it was almost like it was an inconvenience.I found it hard to believe that they were out of napkins in both dispensers and I took the last lid for my small drink. This was at 2:00 PM.

Cas was incredibly rude! She was yelling at the young boy who was also working and actually helping customers. Throwing stuff and making a huge scene! The line was massive, but instead of actually helping the young boy, she sat there and complained. Lost a customer because of how incredibly rude she was.

Walked in and one employee was making sandwich for the one customer in the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes for the customer to make up her mind. 2 other employees wandering around. One of the 2 employees started to make a sandwich for herself as she kept glancing at me while I waited. After 5 more minutes I walked out. I went to pickle barrel. Way better sandwiches!

Ordered view Doordash, I ordered a wrap and a footlong meatball sub. The doordash driver did fine, the meatball sub was half a foot and look like someone had sat on the bun. There was literally nothing in the sub other than meatballs and the sauce it’s kept in. I spent $30 for a wrap I was experimenting on, (that was “okay”) and a sandwich that I wouldn’t have paid $3 for.
