Food was great, unfortunately this was the first time JJ’s sent my order through an Uber driver. I specifically don’t use Uber because they take forever and can’t follow directions. Never had an issue with a JJ employee driver. The Uber driver was coming from Hill Rd, and I live 5 mins from JJ’s, took an hour. The GPS tracker showed she sat in a parking lot (across the street) for 10 mins, she called me and said she couldn’t find my house and was mad when I couldn’t give her directions because I had no clue where she was and she couldn’t tell me. I walked down the street in the rain and she held it out the window. Really? I left her a thumbs down and she called me immediately to complain about it. I know the Uber driver’s actions are not Jimmy John’s doing, but using them as a service, is. I won’t be ordering for delivery anymore, or will at least cancel if I see it get sent to Uber! I don’t even know who to complain to since Uber is its own company and I don’t use it. Sandwich was good though. Avocado a little salty but still edible. My complaint is strictly for Uber drivers!

The manager at this location needs some SERIOUS coaching on people skills. She’s been very rude to me twice. I was in the restaurant industry for years – I have a lot of grace for the service industry. Both times I was just checking (not upset at all) to make sure they had my order because it was 45 minutes late. The first time was there error and she screamed at her workers with me on the phone and was just kind of brash to me. Not good leadership at all. The second instance I didn’t realize I somehow selected the wrong delivery date. She was so rude and short with me that I called her out (not something I would ever do generally) and then handed me off to a very nice young man who actually helped me. Everyone gets stressed out but 1) I was not an irate or unreasonable customer in either instance – I was just trying to see what was going on 2) I genuinely feel bad for her staff based on what I’ve seen. I don’t wish for anyone to loose there job but I hope she learns you win more with honey than vinegar. She needs to reflect on how she treats her staff though at the very least because that really should not be tolerated and she should loose her job for that if she doesn’t learn to lead with respect.

While their sandwiches have been fine I have twice walked out when either waiting to submit an order with no one ahead of me or when I was rudely treated by staff in the store. Staff were busy making sandwiches but could have stopped to take my order while continuing to have someone else make them. Other JJ locations are better than this one. After having stopped in multiple times I will not be back to this spot. Will go to competitor from now on.

I guess if you want zero meat or cheese on your sub then this is the place to order. I had ordered a sub on July 26 at 7:08 PM. I had it for delivery since I work from home and do not have the ability to leave when I’m working. My food did not arrive until 7:45 PM and I live locally so it shouldn’t have taken that long. As you can see in the pictures that I put I had only ordered a turkey and cheese sub nothing else and there was slim to none turkey or cheese let alone it looks like it was just thrown on there. I had submitted customer feedback like they keep commenting on other people’s reviews and the only message I got back was that the sandwiches are weighed and portion out properly so it’s not really their fault. Let me just say that I will never order/buy from here ever again, due to the horrible customer service, the lack of time efficiency when it comes to delivering, and the fact that they believe this was a good sandwich. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

Employees as well as assistant manager are not aware of the current promotions , even with a sign in the window. Purchase a sandwich I was overcharged. I brought this to the attention. Of the assistant manager pointed out the sign in the window and he promptly explain to me I was wrong. It was save a dollar, not get a combo for a $1. I kept my cool and explained. To him he was wrong and I would take it up with a store manager. I went online reported this to JJ customer service received a call from the district manager on Tuesday. Following my visit from Saturday, he assured me he would address this issue. With employees and management, to make sure they understood their promotion. It’s just disappointing i have to go through all these steps to get back the $4 I was overcharged. Not to mention michigan, law entitles me to ten times the amount not to exceed five dollars. Which they did not offer. That speaks volume. I know the law and it implies to scanning as well as being overcharged at a restaurant. I don’t frequent this location often, however, if I do so in the future, I’ll just place an order online and do a pickup. i am hopeful in the future. I can get better service at this location. Knowledge is power.

Again didn’t send the entire order … This is getting old, can’t call there because you get attitude. This time it was a 44 minute wait and they forgot three bags of chips with our order…. Would have given a 1 star but the sandwiches are delicious!

Totally Tuna order every night for two weeks. Tonight it was so soggy and drenched in some kind of water. Napkins through the wrapper all drenched. Didn’t cut it in half as requested. Thrown together like this sandwhich did something wrong in life!

I guess subway it is from here on out. I really like the Tuna here too. But if absolutely zero care for quality and still wrap it and give it to the customer. What a shame.

I am always the only one ordering at this hour and the only sandwich on the shelf 30 min before I need it. So there is plenty of time to put one together with no rush.

Let’s face it. An 8″ tuna sub with 5 toppings. Cut in half.

Other than the nasty food, having a driver with Trump stickers, wife jokes, and a sticker mentioning drunk driving is so tacky. I’ll have friends & family go to a different location just to not support this specific location. If you don’t care about advertising political preferences, you don’t care about the diversity of your company. Yikes.

horrible service. terrible staff. management is a joke. apparently making a sandwich is the hardest thing to do as far as quality control goes- they have none. i complained about an unwich they made (now mind you im fully aware its just a sandwich but if im going to spent 15 dollars it can be made with fresh ingredients) the lettuce had disgusting brown spots all over & wasn’t even able to be held because it was so sloppy. i called & complained & they said if i wanted a refund id need to bring the sandwich up. which i absolutely did. the manager refused me my refund issued it as a credit back to the account only after i asked for her supervisors number. i called the supervisor never heard back. and now here we are maybe 2 weeks later, i ordered jimmy johns for lunch & what i get is the smallest amount of everything on the sandwich from the mayo to the veggies(4 cucumbers laid flat on the bread that has a single swipe of mayo on either side, lettuce might as well not even be on the sub, did give me plenty of jimmy peppers tho) & honestly it’s just a joke. do yourself a favor & just go to a different JJs this place sucks, ran by immature adults & teenagers.

the quality of your ingredients matter. it might’ve just been brown lettuce but then to continue and be rude and nasty after your staffs screw up is ridiculous.
