I feel like one star is too much. Walked in, the lady didn’t greet me. Walked up to the counter and told her what bread I needed. Then she said “what is it?” With an attitude. Didn’t seem friendly at all. It’s like she hated her job. Walked to the register didn’t tell me my total or anything. She maybe said 4 words to me the whole time. Awful customer experience. Hate going to this location.

Cheryl helped us with our order. She was the only one there as the other employee did not show up for his shift. Despite this she was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. Probably my best subway experience period. Thanks Cheryl!

Well it’s close to work and food has been prepared good so two stars is nothing again the workers or the food but against the management! A/C issues in the summer, out of bread, out of cookies even though advertised, the pop machine always has issues, etc. Etc. Seems like they set their workers up for failure! Update your restaurant!!

I just spent $21.63 for two brisket subs and i will never again do that. Terrible all scrunched up not even close to worth that amount of money. And if I had any idea they were going to cost that much I would have not ordered them. I’d love to attach a photo to show you. NOT HAPPY and won’t be back

It was 3:50pm when I last visited yesterday, on a Thursday and no events in town. There was only one employee working. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and the lady that was working told me she wasn’t even suppose to be there that day. Raise your pay rate and hire more people! I’ve been a local to your store for 3 years, I’ll NEVER go there again because I don’t have 25 mins to waste standing in line. I watched other customers come in the store and leave after 2 mins after they noticed only one person working. This isn’t a po-dunk town, this is Mandan, why is there only one employee there!?

We stopped here on Labor Day. The worker complained the entire time about having to work and not getting paid more because it was a holiday. I was never asked what kind of bread I wanted or what I wanted on my sandwich. He would stare at me until I just said what I wanted. If I had never been to a subway before, I would have never known what to say. After my toppings were on, he could not close the sandwich so he gave up and just wrapped it up. It was the sloppiest, messiest sandwich I have ever had to eat from a Subway. Very frustrating experience. I hope this review gets to the employee that put me in a negative mood.

Left the store just minutes ago. Flies crawling all over the food. Had to ask for a different sandwich after workers ignored the fact that in the process of making my sandwich there were flies crawling all over everything. I asked for lettuce and they said they were out. 2 customers behind me they brought out a pan of lettuce for them. Last time visiting this store. And I’ve been here several times over the last year.

Went to this location and there was two employees working.I had ordered six sandwiches and I could tell the lady who helped me was fairly new she was struggling a bit she asked the other lady who was in back for some help and it took her like 10 miniutes to finally come help her and when she did she had a bad attitude and only helped her with one sandwich then went back to the back.We were there for 30 minutes and by that time another customer had stood in line behind us and left because it was taking a long time.Im not blaming the first lady who was new she was very nice and did the best she could with what little help she had but the other lady needs to learn some better teamwork and customer service.

Horrible. You have online ordering for a reason them orders come first. No waiting walk to the front and pick up your food. I ordered over 40 minutes ago and my order still isn’t ready. It was suppose to be ready about 20 minutes ago. You need to hire more employees
