Was just there grabbing a quick breakfast after running errands. Not busy, waited 5 minutes for my hash browns and breakfast sandwich only to get home with no sausage on my sandwich. This was over $8, what a waste. I get we’re all short staffed, but it wasn’t even busy and my food is incomplete. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

I’m fairly disappointed in this location. I used to order all the time as I am heavily pregnant and burger king was my thing. When I was new to the online ordering, I had called ahead a few times just to make sure the food wasn’t cooked when I placed the order, because my husband would be the one picking it up normally, and sometimes it would take him longer to get there. I was always assured the order was never started before you got to the speaker to let them know you were there.
This worked out great because sometimes it would take my husband 20-30 minutes to get there after the order was placed. This held true for a few times, the last time we ordered, unfortunately that was not the case. So this time, I had my husband mention that he wanted everything cooked fresh when he got to the speaker, only to be told by the manager, they couldn’t do that because it was cooked when the order came in- immediately. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous. First of all, you guys have a Hold time that you’re supposed to hold food and then throw it away- maximum of what seven minutes if I remember correctly? I know it took my husband 20 minutes to get there today, but she gave him no option but to take the old food. Would not issue a refund instead of taking it, Nothing.
Burger king is supposed to be have it your way, but apparently, according to this manager, it’s her way or no way.
I’m sorry, but I can’t even eat this food.Because the other reason why I wanted to cook fresh is because of the bacteria risk that happens after you hold food for more than 5-7 minutes as I said- i’m 36 weeks pregnant and I can’t eat this food now because it’s sat there for at least fifteen minutes before my husband got there.So thank you for wasting my time and my money.

Shantal helped me while taking my order in the drive-through. She had the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. She displayed great energy, and was excited to take my order. She was helpful even while i asked questions. She went above and beyond expectations and I personally would go back anytime she’s in the drive-through!

I don’t know why I keep coming here – but im writing this so I remember THIS WILL TAKE SO MICH LONGER THAN YOU HAVE – THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD!! Consistently when I drive though it takes 20+ min to get food. I could drive to webster’s BK in that time and they are much faster! Edit- they got my order wrong twice!! (Writen after 1st part)

Idk how this burger king is even still operating. Every single time I go it’s a horrible experience but it’s been a while so I figured they probably have new staff and maybe got it together. Wrong. They had 3 people working. One person at the 1st window taking payment, one person at the food window, and 1 person on the assembly line. We ordered four Rodeo CHEESEburgers, fries, some drinks and a kids meal. Nothing crazy. After waiting 20 minutes for food, there was no cheese on any of the burgers and they were hardly warm. I went back inside and she goes what did we forget? I said cheese. She said well you ordered just the burger so it doesn’t come with cheese. I’m like no, I said cheese burger which implies you add cheese. Instead of making me fresh sandwiches like McDonald’s would have, she took my food bag and just put cold cheese on cold burgers. We got one “fresh”because the line cook dropped it on the floor. I was really worried she was just going to pick it up and slap cheese on that dropped one too since they just don’t care. The one girl who delivered our food at the window from the get go was answering a personal call the whole time because she had to pick up “Isaiah”. I’m assuming her kid so she was trying to rush out of there with no interest in her job. Overall your food will be cold, wrong, and have no effort put into it. The people they hire are slow, unmotivated and poorly trained. How they stay in business I’ll never know. The owner of this franchise fails his employees and restaurant.

Staff was polite and the food was fine, however it’s important to note that the pricing on display is not the pricing you will be charged. When we inquired the staff said that we would need to contact corporate or the company that creates the electronic boards. I don’t mind paying what they actually charge when the pricing is transparent. But when the marketing is misleading (board says $3.99 for a kids meal but then it’s actually $6, it makes me not want to return). Not because it’s a difference of $2, but because the marketing practices are completely deceptive. I would not return nor would I recommend this location simply based on false advertising that feels icky and desperate. Not sure why anyone would return a second time to this location. We went a year ago and had the same issue, gave it one more chance but this confirmed we will not return.

Do not go here.
I brought my kids here 2 Saturdays in a row.
Both times waited well over 30 minutes. No special order food, somehow still comes out wrong.
Girl at counter ignored me to play on her phone, then rolled her eyes when I asked if I could order.
Lady in back gave another customer a lot of attitude when asking how much longer for her meal.

Went there late at night around 10:15 , did a mobile order for 2 sandwiches, guy at the window had us pull forward. Waited until 10:30 as they completed two cars orders behind us, finally went back around the drivethru to ask for the food again. Awful experience and total waste of time.

Bad service at night time. They always make u pull foward and u have to wait ten minutes for your food so there timer doesn’t register the bad job they are doing. Women working window is rude and talks shit every time she walks away…u can hear her its very disappointing…
U would think if she didnt loke her job she find a better skill level in herself and find something different.
