Ordered a chicken chopped salad with bacon, pickles, oil, salt and pepper. The worker only gave me the meat, pickles, oil, salt and pepper. No lettuce…I shouldn’t have to order lettuce for my chopped salad cause the lettuce is the main part of a salad. Want my money back cause it wasn’t what I ordered at all.

worst subway in saint cloud. i have issues everytime i go there. last time i went they refused to accept coupons which is so stupid. why send out coupons if nobody accepts them. today i went at 6 and had a mobile order just to get to the store and they were closed an hour early so they cancelled my order. ridiculous.

I am blown away at the expense of a sub these days. Ten bucks for a sandwich? Lol… it was good, Fresh and clean environment. Fast service. All in all, it is just a sandwich. There isn’t a whole lot that can be screwed up on a sandwich. Have a great day.

I placed an order on the app to pick up on my lunch break, I got to the store right when it said my order would be ready 9:25am and the store isn’t open, I tried calling and some generic answering machine picks up and says mailbox full goodbye. Tried calling customer support and it’s all digital and gave me the run-around. I sent an email and hopefully I hear something back. Huge waste of my lunch break.

Very rude staff. They have a drive thru but everytime I pick up an online order the employees get very annoyed and basically throw my food at me and tell me that I need to come inside next time. They don’t even say thank you. The first time they did this they forgot my drink and cookies So I had to drive back around and come inside anyways. Basically I’m gonna continue going through drive thru because I find it entertaining how annoyed they get

Time to review. My last 2 visits here i order a subway club footlong. Your sandwich maker ripped me off on bacon as only HALF the sub had it and NOT one single napkin each time. And subs here have not tasted good and i w9nt be back.
