Same outcome every time I’ve tried going here. The sandwiches and wraps are so sloppy, and there’s always one older women (the manger I believe) that’s never very nice, ever. Don’t waste you time or money here.

I am only giving a 3 because the manager here is always complaining and looks extremely upset and angry anytime anyone walks in. Especially when it’s busy. She oversharea about struggles in her career and life. Overall, the sandwiches are made well, unless you order online, then it is slopped together. Hopefully the manager can find some happiness in her life.

The younger female working was really good! Pleasant and professional. The older female working was indifferent. Never looked at the customer and did not listen to the customer’s request, hence the chewy bacon. Ugh!

Women’s room toilet was out of order. My assistant tried to explain to the young staff who appeared to ignore her. It appeared to be a safety issue. none of them went into the restroom to check out her complaint.

I’ve had excellent service here and very poor service. The older lady that looks to be the manager is always grumpy, looks at you with disgust and gets mad if you order anything that is slightly different. We always know when we walk in, if she is there, we will not be treated well. After numerous times of this happening, I finally decided to rate this place for this reason only.
