Just paid $11.44 for 2 small ices. Their size small is VERY small so this pricing is absurd. They also use flat tops to further rip you off. Would not recommend, especially since there are other locations nearby that are more appropriately priced and use the usual dome tops.

Ralph’s is incredible but I recently went to this location around 1:30 pm. They open at noon. The Open sign was lit up and google said they were open. Nobody ever came to take my order. Even tried calling but nobody picked up. A couple with their child showed up after me, but they gave up after waiting for over 5 minutes. Very bizarre that nobody was there. They usually only have 1-2 people working there so I’m guessing they called in sick and they couldn’t find coverage but it was an unfortunate waste of time.

Drove 35 minutes for ices. Google listing says open until 11. Got here 1033 and they are closed. Family had a rough day. Just looking to add a little happiness. We’ll that didn’t work. Please fix your Google and hours listing. Can’t get the hour back during to and from. I like your establishment lot. Five stars because I’m a Ralph’s addict and it’s a nostalgic place for me now.
Service
High school kids need weekend and summer jobs. The service is more than acceptable. I wish the Ralph’s mascot would make an appearance here though. I’ve always wanted to see a lemon with a top hat in real life.
Flavors
In a good way, this place is a mess. The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. The Ralphie smoothies are incredible too. Big fan of the triple chocolate Ralphie.
Price
It probably costs as much as ice cream but i it’s less expensive than gelato. Ralph’s is an expensive addiction.

Now that the summer is coming closer and hot days are around the corner this place stays always busy. I just wish that they could keep the surroundings area much more clean and I hope that people could help to keep it clean too. The ices are delicious and not overwhelming sweet. I like to order the smaller size to try the other flavors. So far I have one favorite and it’s the strawberry cheese cake. It has chunks of cheese cake and strawberries. Delish!!!

Haven’t had real Italian ices since I moved to N C.. As good as I remember. Price has gone up but worth the money, great treat with many flavors to choose from. Can’t beat it on a hot day

I really like Ralph’s. The girls are always super nice that work there. However, I ended up getting the wrong flavor in a quart size. I got two flavors in one so I scooped out the one on top that was wrong (I hate peanut/peanut butter..) which was supposed to be cookie dough.. I made a video scooping out the ice and dumped right into the sink. It was 11pm (they were closed) and I got the ice at 8pm after my 14 hour work day… I figured since I had the video, that they would do the right thing and at least give me half the purchase price off of the order I made this evening.. Nope. The girls called their boss, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I know it’s not their fault (the girls) But from business owner to business owner, I understand people take advantage sometimes. But that seems like a lot of work on my end to video me dumping the ice into the sink. Sucks because I literally spent 100 bucks the past 2 weeks there.. (been having a Italian ice habit.. lol) Even worse, they took my number down, so one of the owners could call me.. I didn’t ask for them to do this either, but they never called. Super frustrating ..Not going back to this location..

This place is an absolute joke. Who ever they have working or had working on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 3RD FROM 5pm to 6pm is the most lazy worker ive ever met. This is the SECOND time ive ordered from RALPHS in ronkonkama and the workers here are the most lazy people ive ever seen. Ive ordered from uber eats and This ralphs is close , not far at all. First offnthere prices are higher than other ralphs secondly I spent 30 dollars on a ACAI bowl the big 32oz this is the second time the worker decided to put a 16oz acai and the rest of the 32oz with granola and half B.S. toppings. I will never order anything from thisnplace or spend my money here. The RALPHS IN SMITHTOWN is hands down 100000% better. Ive NEVER had this issue with them ever. The reason i ordered from here is because it was going to be a little quicker because i was having anlittle party for the kids and wanted to surprise them. Never again. Here is a picture .
