The portion was big and the owner will definitely make you laugh, awesome customer service. Small restaurant but with really good food. We drove an hour to go and would do it again. We got 2 orders of mofongo with meat and two different sandwiches. Really affordable too.

I would recommend calling to order ahead since they are a little short on staff, but other than that the food is amazing!!! Great price, great portions and delicious food. The alcapurria de yuca was so delicious and met all of my expectations and so did the rest of the food. We got a rice with gandules and pork platter and that was amazing and so did the beefsteak with onions and rice and beans. All come with freshly cut and fried plantains and side salad. I will definitely come back for more and I recommend it. It reminded me of my grandma’s rice and beans. 20/10 I recommend!

We were passing through and we stopped to eat at this location. No lie food was amazing, there was only one employee/maybe owner doing everything/multitasking but he was super nice and friendly even tho he was extremely busy. Again the food was really good and the prices were decent .

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The potato balls were good and filling. Only issue I had was I requested chicken and received pork. I don’t eat pork but my son does so he enjoyed it. The mofongo was great being my first time having it. That unfortunately gives me nothing to compare it to. I look forward to going back and trying more menu items.
