Five stars is kind of a misnomer. It’s actually four stars because the last thing I did as I was leaving was use the restroom and mentioned to staff afterwards that it needed attention. He said what did something happen? No, I replied. I just said the bathroom needed detention as in cleaning. He said they’re going to clean it on a regular schedule. But the rest of the restaurant was extremely clean. The food was fresh. They were training an employee at the time, but that did not slow down orders overall a great experience.

Why did the hours change nobody is going to subway at 630 in the morning like come on. Also what happened to the old employees they were amazing. The newer people are ok but most of them seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I watched one put my sandwich together all weird and out of order and then when they were struggling there were 4 other employees there 2 of which came out to train and nobody helped him. Bad service for the customers and bad service for not being good to the employees. This was my favorite subway and now I’ll never come here again.

Idk how these people are trained but I swear I haven’t had a properly made sandwich in forever. I just had a guy slap together the sloppiest sandwich ever. Say a little bit and you get handfuls. Nothing was spread, nothing was built, its falling apart as I try to hold it. Spending 30 bucks for this is theft

Went with my son to get some food. Walked in and they were blasting rap music with swear words over the store speakers while I’m with my 10 year old. Floor had food all over it. Food prep counter looks like it hadn’t been washed in a week. He kept dropping food onto the counter and putting it back on the sandwich. We left before we got our food. God help the man in line behind us.

Food is good, but I have never met a nastier 2 people in my life the mother and son combo that work there during the day are exceptionally rude. They barked at a poor old man because he didn’t know what he wanted to order after 30 secs. And when I went to order they were short and rude to me as well. Never felt more unwelcomed in a store in my life

2 younger people working and they did an AWESOME job! There were probably 6 to 8 people behind us waiting to order but the two working were very kind and curious! Did their job with teamwork and apologized for it taking so long. Also thanked us for being so patient! (It was worth it!) I made sure the other people in line behind us knew I tipped them. I didn’t get their names, but they deserve a raise so they keep working there! Nice to have such good service in this day and age!!♡
