Update it is Aug 3rd 2023!… I still have yet to get my refund from Mary in corp. Mike the Owner and Katie who manages the subway or get a call back on any updates. This is beyond ridiculous. Do not shop with this franchise as they own a few store in town! Any lawyer want to help with this case please reach out!

Thought I would stop on my way to work and get a sub for lunch. There was no one behind the counter. I could hear someone in the back so called out to let them know I was there but got no response. A delivery person came and went to the back room with his delivery so when he came out I asked him if there was anyone there, he said there was but they were on break. I understand that everyone deserves a break but maybe a sign out front to inform the customers would be a good idea. I got lunch elsewhere.

I was in line behind an elder lady who was taking a whileto order. I have no issues with this but I do have an issue with the employee serving her. He did not respond nor ask questions to try and help the lady move through her order a little faster. He simply put what she said on the sub and looked at her with this disrespectful look upon his face. Now that I’ve got that out there on to my experience.

The place itself is very nicely laid out and nice seating, more than actually needed. It’s kept nice and clean when ever I’ve been. The only trouble is the staff. Its like they are working there just to fill hours.

The young and very pregnant lady who helped us was AMAZING! She was polite and extremely friendly although she was the one working. I must add I think it is absolutely wrong to have one employee working on CHRISTMAS EVE in this Walmart subway store. Not to mention she is extremely busy and pregnant (which I might add). As a store franchise/manager (who ever you are), should do a better job of making sure your stores have enough coverage during PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES!! This young lady needs a raise and better work coverage. Cause I was witness to customers being rude and she never once raised her voice or was I polite to them.

Waited 10 minutes no one at the register no one around. The vegetables looked horrible would not recommend anyone going here. There is much better subways in Rochester just a couple miles away and at those you’ll actually get service.

Very disappointed. Slow service took forever to get help from someone. The guy that was working didn’t even say a word to me. No hello thank you any anything. I had asked for spinach on my sandwich and he put maybe 4 pieces on it. When I asked for more he shooked his head no. I guess you can’t have that many veggies. Also when I checked out he didn’t tell me a total. I asked how much it was and he just pointed to the register which didn’t have a total. I asked again what the total was and he pointed again at the register. You could at least. Tell me what I owe if you can’t say anything else. On top of it the restaurant was dirty. Looked like no one has cleaned it forever

The people work in there are super mean I can’t even describe how mean and disrespectful he was. I went there and I wanted a steak sandwich i told him that and he actually stared at me and didn’t say anything he stared at me for like five second like an idiot. i told him are you still with me? he said to me “do you want the steak in your hands” i said you didn’t ask me what kind of bread i want and he told me well you should tell me that.
