ordered 2 sandwiches with the touchscreen and got no tomatoes, onions, green peppers, or lettuce on any even though it read I ordered them. this location needs some serious help, whenever I’m not in the store looking at them they get my sandwich wrong.

I ordered a cheesesteak online to pickup and noticed that the total was off. When I reviewed the order, I realized that the app actually forced a 20% tip! I thought that was odd. Anyway, when I dug in, I was so disappointed to find out that it was smothered in mayo (not ordered), had very little steak and no cheese! The bread was tasted and hard as a rock – it was not edible. I don’t typically answer surveys, but they sent me a follow-up “How are we doing?” survey, so I submitted my experience. It was followed with an email from the owner that he will encourage his employees to do better.

I ordered sandwiches through app. I went here to pick up and upon asking, the employee had no clue and started asking me more questions “who what when etc”. Eventually they found the receipt and started preparing it. There was lot of people so it got delayed anyway further. Quality was good and overall staff was friendly and supportive. One less star in order to improve online order pick up service.

Ordered sandwiches a half hour ago. App said it was ready. Came to pick it up… Haven’t even started on the order. Manager is in back on the phone. She’s “off” I guess. Busy trying to fix the soda machine I guess. Only one employee in front. She seems nice but is the slowest sandwich constructor I’ve ever seen

Two employees working, one was obviously new and they both seemed like high school students. They did great! As a franchise I know individual locations can’t change things but I think overall customer service would be better if these two teens could have been working together instead of one making sandwiches for walk-ins and the other doing drive up and online orders. I know businesses are struggling to hire people but this is obviously too much to do for 1 skilled employee and 1 new employee.

I was here a little while ago, stopping for lunch, since I was in the area. It seemed to be a good choice, as there didn’t seem to be much of a wait,even though there seemed to be a few people ahead of me. Even though they seem to have a lot of good sandwiches, I chose the bacon chicken ranch. Which seems to be one of my favorites. The person who made my sandwich was really nice and personable while they made my order. What I liked was how I could easily customize my sandwich. After they put on the meat and cheese, I pretty much had my six inch sandwich piled high with veggies. Of course adding ranch or another sauce seems to add some flavor to my sandwich. Even though the veggies by themselves have enough flavor though. Whenever I am in the area, it would be so good to go back, as not only does this place seem pretty busy, but really friendly staff as well. So busy, yet so quick.

I am so disappointed!!! I ordered online pick up to bring my daughter a turkey sandwich for lunch on her first day of school. I picked up the sandwich, arrived at school to a super excited kiddo. When we opened the sandwich it was TUNA! So GROSS!!! I tried to call the restaurant 3 times and no one answered and there is no voicemail the call just disconnected after ringing! Worst experience EVER!
