This subway is my favorite. The people there are very nice and know me by name. Some even remember my sub down to the salt and pepper. The food is always fresh. The bread is always fresh like the atmosphere. My go to is the BMT but they have many great options. I get my food delivered sometimes. It goes through doordash. There app to order could be better but it works fine. Its easy to save a sub and order it quickly for pickup on my way to work. Hope this helps!

The employees can’t do simple math. I ordered a sandwich with a deluxe portion of meat. Which is 50% more. The standard serving on the sandwich is 2 portions. But they only gave me half of an extra portion. Their inability to understand that half of 2 is 1, not a half. Results in stealing from customers and wanted they wanted to charge $8.50 for 1 scoop of chicken on the side

The hispanic manager that prepared my sandwich understood that I don’t eat meat so I would need him to put on fresh gloves. In between making and toasting my sandwiches he felt the need to do other things with those same gloves he was using to prepare my sandwich which I think is rude and inconsiderate on top of germs being on the door handles and everything else you needed to touch in between making my sandwiches. Not only was my concern for cleanliness disregarded but you just lost my business. There were a few other things that took place and after still leaving a tip I left with the icks and the knowing that my Sandwhich didn’t matter to you restocking your bread cabinet and handling other orders is what mattered.

It was okay. The picture is deceiving, I was expecting steak to be falling out of my sandwich like in the picture, but I guess that was just wishful thinking. But, for a $15 footlocker, I would expect more protein in my sandwich. I live in PA, and a $15 Philly Cheese Steak is loaded with way more protein.

I asked for a BLT with provolone, mayo, and onion. Got home and the sandwich had salami, mayo, provolone and tons of onion. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. My friend ordered something else and she got my bacon on her sandwich with black olives. Complete mix up of ingredients on two different sandwiches. Called to complain and phone goes straight to voicemail which is full. Total BS!

I ordered ahead and they forgot green pepper AND tomato on both footlong turkey sandwiches and the lids for the large cups barely fit the cups. Also this location doesn’t have the vitamin water xxx pomegranate which also loses a star. Food was done early though which was good for me.

The food was great! Subway app for Android might have a bug. I put to have sandwiches toasted and added notes asking for it to be toasted 2x, but it wasn’t. But it was all still great. Customer service is always excellent at this subway store. Thank you all for everything you do.

I recently visited subway and, while I’d love to give a higher rating, I find myself limited to a 2-star review due to pricing concerns. Let me start with the positives: the staff was fantastic, offering friendly and prompt service that made the visit pleasant. The food, as always, was amazing—delicious and exactly what I’ve come to expect from this establishment. However, the issue that significantly dampened my experience was the unexpected price increase. Historically, I’ve been able to enjoy my usual two items for around $19, but this visit saw my bill escalate to over $31. This substantial rise in cost not only impacts my overall satisfaction but also affects my ability to leave a tip, which is disappointing given the excellent service provided. While I understand prices can fluctuate, it’s disheartening to see such a leap. Despite the outstanding service and culinary quality, the pricing issue is a considerable drawback, making it harder to justify future visits without some reconsideration of value.
