I had placed a order thru there app for delivery every was good and on time but once I had opened the bag there was no ranch and I would have been perfectly fine with that if I did not spend money on ranch for them to not put it in the bag. Do I called there store and talked to a employee that transferred me over to the manager that sounded very annoyed with me calling even though I was very respectful and asking for a refund she hung up on me twice saying that she can’t process me refund with no reasoning why but she was like I can send a new driver to deliver it evem though I did not need the ranch no more. And when I had asked for the new delivery number so I could track my ranch that I did not need no more she could not provide it to me. So how can I track something that I have no number for that just makes no sense to me.

First time trying Wingstop and probably our last. We were greeted as we walked up to the counter by one employee at the register who stepped aside for another who never looked at us until I asked if they were ready for our order. We placed our order, grabbed our drinks and sat to wait for our food. While waiting I needed to use the ladies room, had to wait as it was occupied, when it became available a (male)manager (or higher up) with Wingstop (wearing zipper vest and polo who was sitting in the dining room using his laptop etc) beat me to the ladies room as the men’s was occupied. Now I’m not opposed to this but the man left the ladies room with fluid on ALL OVER the seat—seriously?!?! A member of Wingstop management visiting this store with at least SIX other area managers and you leave a restroom in YOUR store you are visiting like that?!?! Shame on you.

As for our food it was okay. Nothing spectacular not bad but I won’t go out of my way to stop in again.

Really the management put me off. Cleanliness and all for your staff and customers should be a priority. That sir was just gross you’re not a toddler anymore no excuse!

I’m leaving this review after a lot of repeat visits because I genuinely love Wingstop’s food and order here often, both online and in-store. The food itself is great, which is why I’ve continued coming back and ignored issues for a long time. However, the service at this location is consistently slow and poorly organized. On top of that, my orders are frequently missing sauces or even full items. This isn’t an occasional mistake—it happens often enough that I’ve come to expect something to be wrong with my order. I’ve overlooked these problems because I enjoy the food, but it’s reached a point where I can’t fully enjoy a meal anymore. It’s frustrating to pay for items and only realize once I get home that parts of my order are missing.

I placed a $130 order a full day in advance at 10:30 AM, specifically to avoid delays and issues. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told — rudely and in front of other customers — that my food would take at least another hour.

There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. I was essentially told the kitchen was backed up and earlier orders weren’t being handled properly due to lack of preparation — despite the fact that this was a large, prepaid, advance order.

If a restaurant cannot properly prepare for an order placed a day ahead, that’s a serious operational failure. Taking full payment upfront and then treating customers like the delay is their problem is unacceptable.

Poor planning, poor communication, and very poor customer service. For $130 and a full day’s notice, this experience was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning.

I usually really like Wingstop. The lemon pepper wings are my favorite! Today was an off day for them, I guess. We literally waited over 45 min for our order. The grease that the chicken was cooked in made it taste like ‘old grease.” Also, my wings had a ton of lemon pepper seasoning on them which made them a bit salty. It wasn’t a good experience today, unfortunately.

Terrible place terrible service terrible management they messed up my order not once but twice the first time they forgot the fries the sauces and the drink I had got for my mother they also gave me 3 plain and 3 hot honey tenders when I ordered 2 plain and 4 hot honey tenders but I let it go cause door dash left my order at another house and it was already late when we finally got our order redelivered, the second time they again forgot the fries I got for my mother. When we called to inform them they told us that can’t be true that the manager personally packed the bag and he did not forget the fries, when we told them we weren’t lying the manager Greg himself told us he did not forget to pack the fries and that the best they can do is give us a refund on the fries that would take 7-10 business which is ridiculous If I’m spending $50 on food to feed my family the least I expect is for the order to be correct and not get called a liar. Absolutely terrible customer service all around definitely will not be ordering from here again

I hate that the people in there are always high. They always over season the fries. Looks like they dumped the whole bottle on it. I also ordered light seasoning. They need an entire new crew from management down.I always feel like I waste my hard earned money whenever I take a chance to order wingstop

Was so excited to have this. Just moved to Florida and missed my wing stop. First off so disappointed that they did not wear gloves when finishing the food. Going from register back to preparing the food. Took 35 minutes to get the food. The hand washing wasn’t a thing after register either. Need to teach food sanitation 101!!!!

The meal and the service was good but I really enjoy your old French fries I’m not real crazy about the new ones the fries were one of the main reasons l started coming to wing stop. Please bring back the other fries.
