We waited a good 15 minutes or more. Some people even went inside to check on their orders. Our order was missing items and one of our potatoes was not cooked all the way.
The guy that delivered the food (in multiple trips due to missing items) was VERY apologetic and kind. We felt bad for him. The restaurant itself wasn’t running well. He offered us cookies for our long wait and apologized many many times.
We’ll try them again but not any time soon.
I’ve been coming to this one since I was a kid. Today I went to grab a bite and upon entering I noticed a strong unpleasant odor. But I first had to use the restroom so I asked for the code, and was told the restroom is for customers only by the manager. I found this off putting because like I said I have been a customer for decades to this specific branch and have probably spent hundreds on frostys.
So I left, to finish holiday shopping and came back, ordered food because I was still hungry and then was allowed to use the restroom. I was not given the code, the manager let me in by pushing in the code. The restroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. There must be a problem with people using the restroom there, or some other issue maybe they don’t have the staff to clean it regularly. It’s a mystery. Who own’s this location to allow it to become such a disaster?
The only other person in the dining room was another employee on her break, eating. My breakfast english muffin food was not good, not even on the level of bad that I was expecting it to be. I ate one bite and threw it out. I was not given a receipt, or napkins. The bag was covered in greasy fingerprints.
Overall, the quality has gone down so drastically, I’m surprised it’s allowed to stay open. I suggest corporate visit. After being a customer for 25 years, I am never coming back.
She is really nice and helpful, shrewd with quick response. Honestly the best customer service for fast food restaurants I’ve ever had.
