Bad customer service. Cashier had an attitude issues. Had 6″ sub free coupon when ordering 6″ sub with a drink. I bought extra 12″, $4.99 meatball sub and she couldn’t figure out the total. She charged me, $4.09 for 6″ (meatball sub, footlong was $4.99) + $1.99 for pop + $8.19 (chicken teriyaki sub) + tax = $15.84.
I should have gotten, $5.09 (6″ chicken teriyaki sub) + $1.99 pop + $4.99 (footlong meatball sub) + tax = $13.40. I rather have the money saved them give my money to them.
They can’t add, they have to separate the tickets. Terrible service! Cashier had a bad attitude. Bad day? Don’t take it out on your customers!

First time eating here and I will never go back! I ordered using their online app and they didn’t put any toppings on the sub. When I got back to my office and realized it I called the store. I have called them 10 times over 5 hours and they did not answer the phone once. I will never again go back!
