I’ve never gotten a pizza from a pizza place that has ever been barely cooked and not even cut enough to be ripped apart into it’s slices. I might as well save money and get a food lion frozen pizza and cook it in the sun. Even the cheesy bread sticks are still dough

You have to ask yourself what kind of expectations can you reasonably have at this kind of price point. It should go without saying, you’re going to sacrifice some quality or something somewhere. No, that is not to say this is a bad product, not at all. There are just a multitude of better quality of like kind of products out there. That said, these products are perfectly fine, at least at their set quality & at their set price point. Notwithstanding, at the price points they have, the employee wages are not going to be superior or competitive in the industry; consequently translates into poor customer service. That is an additional trade-off. The factor making this type of establishment successful is volume so often times you will find the staff overwhelmed and customers in during long wait times at peak hours.

I ordered 11 pizzas- 4 cheese 4 pepperoni 2 supreme and 1 pepperoni stuffed crust. Talked on the phone with the girl about it being for a party and she knew exactly what I meant she said. I ordered the pizzas doubled but, that didn’t happen. They weren’t even cut all the way through. And I ordered it for 130 pickup the day before and my husband didn’t walk out of there until 1:47. Like come on really.
