You have to ask yourself what kind of expectations can you reasonably have at this kind of price point. It should go without saying, you’re going to sacrifice some quality or something somewhere. No, that is not to say this is a bad product, not at all. There are just a multitude of better quality of like kind of products out there. That said, these products are perfectly fine, at least at their set quality & at their set price point. Notwithstanding, at the price points they have, the employee wages are not going to be superior or competitive in the industry; consequently translates into poor customer service. That is an additional trade-off. The factor making this type of establishment successful is volume so often times you will find the staff overwhelmed and customers in during long wait times at peak hours.

I’ve had some good good little Caesars experience’s, but tonight wasn’t one. I asked about a pizza I seen in a commercial and was told I could ONLY order it online… Then got a pretzel crust pizza and asked if it comes with cheese sauce; was told yes, then told it comes on the pizza when they handed me the order. Definitely disappointed.

Was out of the “fanceroni pepperoni” and out of Pineapple Pepsi. The website did not inform me when placing and order. Manager only offered a free regular pizza coupon instead of a refund on the prices I paid online. This is the second time I’ve had problems with them being out of a product I’ve ordered. The website should at least be updated to reflect what they have or don’t have.

My hot n ready Italian cheese bread had no seasonings and was cold 4 minutes away from the store down the road. Would have come back, but this was my before work lunch. Luckily I could try and nuke it into something palatable. Disappointing.

DONT COME HERE!!!!! Worse pizza I have ever had in my life. The sausage takes like dog food. Barely any cheese. Ask for extra toppings get charged for it and still don’t get it. The bacon on the 3 meat pizza was all fat. I wouldn’t eat this even if I was starving. Worse place to go
