Luke’s, A Steak Place is an independent, family-owned steakhouse that has been apart of the Wheat Ridge and Colorado Front Range communities for 30 years in November 2022. We pride ourselves on our Prime steak, seafood and other small plate offerings served in a warm atmosphere with a kind and welcoming staff. Our passion is to give an overall delightful dining experience. With a private room for special events and a full service bar with four flats screen TVs, small plates and happy hour (4:30-6pm); Luke’s can be a place for you to relax no matter the occasion. We hope to welcome you soon.

Luke’s Steakhouse is hands down the best local steak spot around. The food is consistently excellent, cooked right, and clearly made by people who care about what they’re putting on the plate. The atmosphere is killer too. It’s warm, comfortable, and really well put together. The interior is beautifully decorated without feeling overdone. It’s just a great place to be.
We come here often for birthdays and group outings, and it never disappoints. It’s the kind of place you want to bring people because you know everyone is going to leave happy. Honestly, it deserves to be way busier than it is, because it’s that good. If you’re local and haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

Incredible local place with top tier food. Lobster cakes were crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned on the inside, some of the best I’ve had in CO. NY strip peppercorn style was cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned fantastically. Cheesecake also knocked it out of the park. Server (I think Lucinda) was efficient and kind. Go here.

Came here for the first time, everything was delicious, I had a New York strip steak peppercorn style and it was the best steaks I’ve ever had. The mashed potatoes were delicious and the key lime pie was wonderful. I took a picture of my lavender lemonade, which was beautiful and delicious. The owner was very nice, she helped us packed up our food! I will come back

A steak place indeed, but they do have seafood dishes as well. Brought my nephew here and in true Felipe fashion, we sat at the empty bar. Perfect for us hombres. The place has a nice decor, but also great service. The type of place that would make for a great date night. fml.
Lisa was very attentive from the start and got us started with beers and calamari, a perfect pairing. The calamari was awesome, flash fried veggies were also part of the dish. One of the best I’ve ever tried.
As for the steak, cooked to temperature, served with a little bit on top. It was great man! The brussel sprouts were a great choice of side. Only regret, 3 years in the area for me to finally try this place

I was looking forward to coming to this place all week. My steak this evening really disappointed me, was served a piece that was mostly fat and took a long time to come out . Was not warm and really just sucked ..I’m not the type to complain but when I did I was comped 10% ?? I’m not the type to argue either so I just took it as a loss.. The mashed potatoes and the mushrooms were the only good experience of the whole night I do recommend those.. Also wear a sweater or coat this place is cold inside A/C was on full blast and it was already 8pm not even hot outside .. Our server was nice but the steak was not..

We went for the first time this past weekend for date night and it was perfect! We sat at the bar and had great service, excellent food and it was such a cozy vibe.
We shared the jalapeno poppers, I ordered the stroganoff and my husband ordered a steak. The brussels sprouts were incredible!

Service and Atmosphere were great. Our Waitress made sure to take the time to give us every option on how we‘d like our steaks and drinks. The steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes were on point and the buffalo cauliflower was the perfect appetizer.

Phenomenal food! Enjoyed my birthday dinner here and was quite shocked with just how amazing the food was! The service was spectacular and made it a really great experience! I ordered the New York strip and was not disappointed. Their cheesecake was the best desert I’ve ever had! You honestly can’t beat the price, because this should be a Michelin star restaurant. I can confirm I would drive states away just to eat here again!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday in this restaurant the other night and it was superb!!
We ordered the Artichoke and Basil Dip for our appetizer, bacon-wrapped fillet mignon, and tenderloin stroganoff for our entrees, and for dessert, we had the raspberry cheesecake.
The steak was perfectly cooked to my husband’s liking and the rest of the food was delicious. I especially like the cheesecake. It is one of the best I’ve ever had.
For sure we will come back to this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious food, great service and I loved the ambiance. The place wasn’t crazy loud and I loved how I could actually hear my company when they spoke. The food was wonderful, we got the brussel sprouts which were in an odd cone bowl which made it a bit difficult to get but still very delicious. My partner got the New York strip which was perfectly cooked, the lobster tail which was ok not the best and mash potatoes which were surprisingly really good. I myself got the garlic pasta with chicken which was also pretty good. I would have liked the pasta a bit thicker to compliment the sauce and the hearty chicken like a linguine instead of a Capellini but it was still very flavorful and delicious. I would have liked to see more chicken options but it’s not the end of the world as it is a steak house of course. The cheesecake with strawberry puree was also very wonderful. Our bill was about $130 for an appetizer, 2 entrees, desert and 2 alcoholic drinks.
Definitely will be going back!
