Absolutely avoid the drive-thru at all costs. Even though it’s an option they take care of all in store customers first. Regardless of if they arrive after you. Put an order in at the mobile kiosk and waited at the drive-thru window a good 15 minutes before being greeted. Workers inside were making eye contact but just walking by the window smirking. After we were finally greeted and paid we waited another 10 for our food. Almost sent my wife inside to order in person as she most likely would have gotten the food before we did in our car. Got home to eat and orders wrong. Took almost 30 minutes and couldn’t even get the order right. Worst experience ordering food in a long time.

Drew and Even were the workers names i believe, both great guys fun to talk to, and gave me awesome service especially for working over a holiday weekend when they could be out enjoying the weather.

This was one of the best subway stops I have ever made, not only was the food good the two workers Evan and Drew answered all the questions I had and got me everything I asked for with a smile on their face. If you’re looking to get subway I’d recommend you come to the one in Delano because the service is especially good!!!

I have been to this subway multiple times in my lifetime and there has been two different young gentlemen that have really stood out to me. These two boys have made my sandwiches great each and every time great conversations between us everytime we meet. One boys is named Drew i beleive, while the other is named laden. Very happy with the service. Great things to come with these boys!! I highly recommend this Delano subway along highway 12.

We ate dinner yesterday 3-4-2023. We noticed the young boys were not in uniform. Our sandwiches were over toasted and crumbly. Gloves were not changed after taking orders and handling money. One customer was give a Gatorade without paying for it by a worker.

I went to this subway today (2/28/2023) at 6:50PM and there was a younger male working and his service was awful. He didn’t look at me once, he barely spoke to me, he seemed unhappy to even be at work and he was just overall rude. I asked for extra cheese on my steak and cheese and when I looked at my sandwich I could tell there was NOT extra cheese on it. My sandwich was hard and over toasted. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this subway. I am very upset and will be driving the extra 5 minutes from now on to go to the buffalo location because this location is absolutely awful.
