Maybe if the 2 younger females working today were paying more attention to the customers rather than their boyfriends who were in chatting with them, this place would have better service. Where was the management? Stood there and just waiting with no acknowledgment.

I have given this place many chances but HATE the slow customer service. Usually have 3 people working but only one making sandwiches. The other two workers see this and keep doing other benign tasks in the back. If I had extra time to wait for food I’d go to a sit down place. It’s like this no matter the time of day I’ve gone. No sense of urgency to serve customers and get the line through faster.

Went back in to try it after hearing they hired new people. Still a no go. My sandwich was toasted too long to the point of burnt cheese (didnt realize THAT until I got home) and the kid behind the counter was the definition of fake/rude politeness. Thought the new ownership would be a good thing, sadly it is not.

I was at this Subway during Lunch hour rush yesterday 4/14/22. First time there. The line was long but they were staffed very well. You could see the employees working together and I was not in the line long. The employees were nice but straight to the point. “what would you like?” Thank you for your business” love it. No fake endless talk but they were also nice. The restaurant was also very clean. When the line went down, the employees were not standing around, they started to sweep and wipe down the area. You don’t see restaurants staffed well anymore. Not sure what MGT is doing to staff these people but kuddos to them.

They always rush me no matter what time I come in at or how many people are/aren’t in the store. One time I had at least 20 minutes before they closed and just wanted one of the cookies they already had out in the case, it took WAY too much effort to get someone’s attention because nobody was watching the register… which… are y’all insane!? Do you not care about store security? Someone should be able to see the register and know if anyone enters the building at all times the store if open. That is SO risky. And the guy was snippy with me when I was like, “I just want one quick thing.” He said, “Can it be done in two minutes?” Like, seriously? What kind of response is that?? Anyway. I said “Faster than that, I just want one of those cookies,” and I got it and paid and left. It doesn’t matter how close it is to closing time. There’s no excuse to talk to a customer like that. Asking what it is would’ve been appropriate, but putting a two-minute timeframe on it – with 15 to spare – in that tone was uncalled-for.

The little guy working here 9/29 at 4:30. Can’t make a simple order for 2 people. If you don’t put my other bag of chips and soda in the bag I’m going to grab them myself. He got up from watching the cameras and came out to accuse me of stealing. Read the the receipt little guy. Your job is so hard man.

I’m not expecting a whole lot from a Subway, I want to get in, order and get out. Simple. Unfortunately, this particular location seems to have issues with doing the basics. Customer service is poor, proper glove handling wasn’t in practice, and I’m fairly certain that I would have been able to make my own sandwich faster than the entire team here. Do not recommend, will not be returning.
