The servers were rude and inattentive. They refused to get fresh vegetables when you could clearly see that they were was brown and partly frozen. There was hardly anything on the sandwich and all I could taste was the hard bread. The pricing was OUTRAGEOUS!! Never ever going there again.

Decided to give them another shot today after poor service and product last time. I ended up challenging the amount of chicken on the sub and she said that’s two scoops. When in reality it was a scoop and 1/4 as I witnessed, and as you can tell by the picture. Right side has the right amount and the left side barly any. I paid for it as is anyway, worker wrapped it, didn’t put in a bag, no napkins, have a good day, and walked away. Last time going to this franchise. Farmington subway is way better.

It’s kinda getting slower and slower every time I come in to or order on app. I ordered at 5:58pm and it says it’ll be ready at 6:15pm to pick up. It says ready before that and I came in to get it, it wasn’t even made or even started. There’s only ONE employee, and it’s a teenager building sandwiches whoever come in first and order. I thought people wanted to work? It’s Saturday evening, and many families come in for quick sandwiches after baseball or soccer games.

Was very disappointed with my service. Ordered a toasted sub that was clearly not toasted properly/all the way. When i got home to eat it was cold. Not to mention unfriendly customer service from the employee. There were 2 other customers behind me as he was working by himself had he slowed down and made the sandwiches properly and pleasantly im sure we would have all understood instead of recieving something sloppy, not correct or cold! I will not be returning to this subway.

My second door dash order came incorrectly. (This is not DD’s fault, but rather the fault of Subway) who…decided my ham sub could only have one piece of ham. One piece. For the entire sub. This was the same issue I had about 2 months ago when I ordered from DD.

I would rate this subway a 0 if I could. It’s worth your time to drive a little further to another one. 3 separate times we’ve ordered meatball subs online and every time they’ve put 1 meatball on the sub!

I was in on 9/13/22 in the evening. There was one young lady working, and an obvious off duty employee and his buddies being loud and obnoxious, grabbing drink cups and helping themselves. In and out of the restaurant to refill, run behind the counter, yell some more, go sit in parking lot and repeat 2 more times. They were irritating the other diners, and as a mom, I was concerned if that young lady was the lone employee for the evening.
