I’ve really tried to be understanding with this place but they REALLY need to get a new manager/trainer. They never listen when I say don’t do things (like cut the wrap/sandwich), they very rarely will drain my chicken when I get a wrap which if they don’t results in a massive mess. My fiancé and I went there at 6pm (they close at 9pm) and they were out of over half the stuff and refused to make more. And to top it off, I ordered a slider yesterday and asked for a different slice of cheese and she refused because she apparently couldn’t. Which I just googled it and it says you can switch out the cheese. I know all this probably sounds petty but I’d imagine the place would get much more business and repeat business if the workers were trained correctly.

Went in at 3:30pm and they had two people working, wouldn’t stop their conversation so we could order, then one of the workers didn’t wear gloves when handling our sandwiches. To ice the cake we tried to give the cashier our coupon and she looked and it didn’t say anything and charged us full price, I’d strongly suggest going to the Hudson, WI one instead.

Horrible experience. They didn’t have any onions, shredded cheese, or wheat bread. The young kid wasn’t trained enough as he was lost with no help from the lady that was in the back. Their veggies seem to not be fresh.

Food was great, however when I leaned against the table, I didn’t realize the last guest had left mayo on the edge. And it just so happened to ruin my new jacket. God I hope it was Mayo .
