Has gone downhill since I was last here. I actually feel bad for the employee. Yes, that is singular; employee, Not plural employeeS. One unfortunate high school aged kid doing his best to run the show by himself. If they don’t have adequate staff to run the place without giving this poor kid a nervous break down, they ought to just close until they are staffed. He’s probably going to have nightmares about making sandwiches for lines of people while the drive thru beeper continues to ring nonstop. Thanks for showing up, kid… You’re a rockstar.

We’ve had multiple issues at this location. Today I ordered a BLT with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, banana peppers, yellow mustard, pickles, and green pepper. Half of the ingredients are missing. In the past we’ve had sandwiches missing the meat or cheese. What the heck Subway?

One through the drive-through ordered four subs. Two were made completely wrong missing a chocolate milk and a cookie for a kids meal. Tried phoning and asking what to do. The employee hung up on me. Went to the store the same employee gave me attitude about the wrong order along with state and he made it correctly. This is the third time this is happened to me with the drive-through will not be going back. When I asked to speak to a manager, this employee said there isn’t one and I asked for a business card and employer said he did not have one. Very disrespectful disrespectful

First off, you order in the drive through on a touchscreen monitor. And each option doesn’t list what’s on the sandwich nor the prices. Talk about impersonal. Then I waited a while for our 2 sandwiches. I had to remind the guy that we had drinks coming, then I get home and realize one of the sandwiches is as only a 6” not a footlong that I had paid for. I went back and they refunded me the $6 additional but that’s it- no additional compensation for the error. They did apologize though. I won’t rush to go back to that location.

Don’t waste your time going through the drive through, it’s a joke. You have to get out of your car to order it on a touch screen and then pull around to get it. It’s easier going inside to order.

Thanked the staff for being able to dine in as I was out for a bike ride and drive thrus just don’t work out when on a bike. Too many of the fast food places are still closed to indoor dining in our area such as McDonalds, Hardees, Arbys, Wendys, Chick-Fil-A and I have been actively avoiding these businesses as eating in a car has gotten old.
