You could have just advertised $3 for just the flat bread! This is embarrassing not to mention the subpar customer service. I get you may be in the middle of starting a to go order but you can at least say hello to the person standing in front of you instead of waiting for your co worker to come from the back… Good ranch though

Associate does not know how to make sandwiches even with the cheat sheets in the back. Does not have ANY customer service manners. Does not listen to the customer when they describe how they want their sandwich. The Blonde lady and Guy does NOT care about their job or even wanting to do their jobs. I usually enjoy stopping here after my biweekly shopping trip but after today’s experience, I rather go somewhere else from now on. These 2 people give subway a bad name and need to be trained or fired.

The black haired worker today was incredibly sweet and even apologized for a wait that was in no way her fault. The blonde seemed to be doing absolutely nothing and just ignoring the line of customers… But again, the younger woman with the black hair was very very sweet and polite, she singlehandedly turned this 1 star into a a 5 and compensated for the blondes lack of work.

Ordered a wrap was given a flat bread, my husband ordered a sub had hardly anything on it. The girl was so rude. Absolutely terrible in every area! Went to pay & use my points, she said they came off, shocker no they did not! Every single table was disgusting & the 2 workers were taking cookies and eating them right in the open.

Place a order on doordash they couldn’t even follow what we order. I got a sandwich with no veggies an bread was very hard. They put oil an vinegar on my sandwich didnt ask for that. They need retraining because if someone wasn’t able to have oil an vinegar it could have gotten someone very sick. Start paying attention to ppl orders

Went in there 2 time s. They did n t know how to make make a Spicy Italian BMt not hardly any meat on it left out also other toppings. Cookie was n t cooked long enough. Went back in there to give it another try for the cookie and said they were out of them they were rude to me and I said that they needed to get there act together. Also the lettuce was out to longer heard the employee tell the other employee don t serve that. paid 28.00 for food that correct. Would like my refund back.

Can add black olives to the nachos at others but the one in Walmart straight up refuses even though we were willing to pay more, but had no problem up charging for anything else…..just no black olives….ridiculous

Went there yesterday and I can honestly say that Katie did a super job on putting my order together. Placed order for 10 subs early in the morning. Another sub shop , would not take my order. She was all alone and prepared along with making subs for customers that came in. Great job!
