It wasnt bad service but id personally say do not get the new garlic one, i love garlic and the garlic aioli is very weird, its more funky than pungent and garlicy, it doesnt even taste like garlic

I was the only one in the store and gave my order, he grabbed the bread turned around and asked what I wanted, I said it again and he said that I don’t need to give him attitude, I said that I wasn’t giving attitude and if I wanted to give him attitude I know how to do that. Stopped by for a wrap. Staff do not mask up. My sandwich maker sneezed into his shoulder while making my sandwich. I said I can’t eat it but would pay for it. He then said he wouldn’t charge me if I wouldn’t eat it. I said perhaps people on the food line could mask up while making sandwiches for safety.

the employee rang an order up on the register while keeping the same gloves on that he used to get 1/2 of a sub ready. From there he doesn’t wash his hands, let alone even replace the gloves he had on while touching the register. Yikes

Unfortunately, our experience today was not a great one. We arrived to pick up our online order only for our food to be handed to us and say have a nice day but they didn’t have the bottle of pop or chips ready to go. We went to the car and opened things and one our salads was missing cheese as requested and the other sandwich we had, had bread that was burnt. Pretty dissapointed.

New management has done an amazing job taking this location to the next level. Service is top notch and the food quality has improved exponentially! Speed of service is noticably faster. Definitely will be having more quick lunches here in the near future!

There was no one in the store and the assistant was in the back and either she didn’t hear the bell ring or she took her time coming out front. It was an 8 minute wait but when she did appear everything went fast as far as service went.
