ZERO STARS- I dislike everytime we get jobs in Minocqua. This is the worst Subway I’ve visited in 25 years all over the US. This one ranks number one WORST. The time before last, we put an order in for one 6 inch and one footlong. It said it would be ready in around 15 to 20 minutes. When we arrived they weren’t ready and waited an additional 40 minutes to get them. When I put in an order yesterday (Monday 3:30 pm, slow time) it said 15-20 minutes so we went in at the 15 minute mark & sat at at table to wait for them to put sandwiches on the empty online order rack. Again, the store was completely empty (see pic) The 3 employees were huddled at the counter chatting. Finally one asks why we were “Just sitting at the table” to which we responded “Waiting on our online order” they looked dumb-founded. One girl almost said they didn’t get it until the other one walked over to see our order had just been sitting on the printer the entire time being ignored while they stood around. Instead of all of them jumping on the order since the time frame was almost up they made the one guy make them while the 2 woman disappeared into the back. They were thrown together so fast they were a total mess with mustard & mayo oozing & seeping thru the paper wrap. It was a MAJOR mess to eat. They should be ashamed. Our jobs in that town are spaced out enough, so stupidly we keep thinking they will get it together but they don’t. Complaining to management is a total joke, to include other bad visits we’ve reported to REIGIONAL management. Total joke. Subway corporate office also does nothing. The other location about 2 miles away was shut down so hopefully this one will too!

The gentleman working was super friendly and did a wonderful job on making our sandwiches!!! My only complaint is that the sign stating that they would not take digital or paper coupons due to covid. Yet digital coupons are no contact and you will not take a paper coupon yet you will take my cash to pay for the subs. This makes no sense to me… could this be cheap ownership?????

The outside table near the entrance could use a regular cleaning. The windows, ledges, tables and seats,soda machine and the area around it are all past due for a good cleaning. The sandwich was great, but the place needs a really good cleaning.

Ordered 2 footlongs. The bmt was drenched in mustard on the outside of the sub. The spicy Italian should’ve had lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, red onion,and jalapeño. What it had was lettuce, tomato and pickles. Maybe they sent the wrong sandwich, but it’s definitely not what was ordered. Don’t recommend ordering unless you’re doing so in person to make sure your topping are right!

We are so disappointed. The three sandwich’s cost is $32 barely had anything on them. For over $10 a sandwich not worth it at all. this location doesn’t honor” buy on get one” offers like advertised.

The food is not switched out by the proper date. Myself and including many others have gotten very sick the food. The soda machine is not cleaned properly to the point mold has started growing in the ice and water that you drink. Customer service is non-existent.

Stood in line almost 40 minutes. Had a coupon for buy one get one. Got to checkout and note at checkout saying no paper coupons accepted! So after spending all that time In line, ended up paying full price for two subs. $29.00. Not happy!
