Online order was supposed to be done at a certain time. I arrived 5 minutes after that time and order still wasn’t ready. Owner was standing outside talking, one employee was making my 6 sandwiches while the other employee was texting on their phone. Don’t get your bread toasted this late in the day as they don’t bake fresh bread for the night shift and toasting it just makes it rock hard. The employee who was making the sandwiches was kind, helpful and concerned about customer service but she was the only one. Sad for me as I love sandwiches. I will only order when it’s a buy two get one offer as otherwise not worth the $10 per sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is far superior and worth the little bit of a drive.

Only two employees on shift from what I can tell, although there might be more since as soon as no one’s at the counter they completely disappear. One employee wasn’t even in a uniform, though to be fair he was quick with making my food which I appreciate(the only reason it isn’t one star). The other one went out into the lobby and started wiping off the tables…using only his hands. Afterwards he just plopped himself down at the table and started watching a video with expletives in it very loudly with three customers in the lobby.

The subs here I get at this location are always of quality and they have the Subway pizzas which is AWESOME. But the tables always seem a little bit messy and the place I feel is always understaffed for the amount of foot traffic it faces. Even with just a few people it seems you start to get a wait because there are only two people working most of the times Iv’e been there. or at least just 2 that I am aware of. They are friendly for the most part and It seems more of a problem with staffing than It does with the workers itself.

My daughter and her friend always get pizza at Subway so I got them each one the guy had to go into the bath to get extra pizzas then when I was done with my shopping I got one also 2 of our pizzas were frozen in the center then cold and then only warm on the outside of the pizza very disappointed that they tried doing Frozen ones instead of thawed ones as we took them home to eat them not eat them there. I will be calling the manager tomorrow tried to call but nobody answered.

Went there 30minutes before close… apparently I disturbed the employees intentions of getting done early because that’s how he treated the preparation of my subs. Everything was rushed and sloppy..or they had “run out” of several ingredients (or just didn’t want to restock??) I ordered the ultimate cheesy garlic bread (a $3 upcharge, btw) only for him to smear a bit of garlic butter on the bread before burning it… I usually receive good service at this location, but this time I definitely feel like it was a big waste of money… if I’m paying almost $40 for 3 subs, I expect to get what I pay for!!!
