Everytime i place an online order something is either missing or wrong. The olives are absolutely horrible I add my own I won’t eat subway olives. I mention this to the employees and I was made to believe nothing was wrong with them and that I was crazy. The cookies have gotten super whimpy flat and a bit under cooked. i use to love the cookies not so much anymore. I must also mention that the sandwiches are super messy. You need half a dozen napkins (that are never included) just to eat half the sandwich. The only way I’ll recommend subway is if the order is made in front of the person. Online orders seem to be to difficult for the employees. Come on Osceola subway i know you can do better!

Excellent location. Usually go to a different one but decided to visit this one tonight. They have a lot more options for chips and drinks than the one I usually visit. Very friendly and paid close attention to detail so nothing was missing. Other subways forget my cookies, but I saw this guy checking and double checking my order. We might make the drive from St.Croix Falls to come here instead from now on.

We went for dinner here tonight. It was by far the cleanest and nice looking Subway that we have been in. Bread was great and sandwiches were made well. The worker was training in a new girl and they both did a great job. We will go out of our way to come to this one. 🙂

I ordered a footlong steak&cheese sandwich and only ate half of it. About 2-3 hours later I got extremely sick to my stomach and was throwing up. I ate and drank nothing else afterward and am not sick with any kind of bug. Woke up this morning feeling better but not 100%. I am 99% sure I got food poisoning! Because I have had food poisoning before and there is no other explanation. I was entirely healthy and feeling fine until eating Subway. When I got sick, it came on very suddenly and was very extreme. Was only my stomach with terrible pains and caused intense vomiting with no other symptoms that could suggest any other explanation.

Haven’t been in a while due to the pandemic, but we were all craving a subway! Newer people since last there, were a little slower, but the restaurant is always clean and the sandwiches delicious. Grateful for the opportunity to be able to buy take out after a busy day at work and school.
