Had a coupon for 2 footlongs for $12.99. There is a sign saying they do not honor buy one get one coupons on certain subs. This is not a buy one get one as I would technically be paying partly for sub #2 because sub #1 was less than $12.99. I’m glad I asked prior to placing my order as he pointed to the sign. I said “this isn’t a buy one get one coupon.” He refused to honor the coupon. We left and spent our money at the restaurant next door.

I used to be a regular until they got a new owner, the staff is very unfriendly and last time I ordered a salad WITHOUT meat and asked to get extra cheese instead of meat (they’ve done this many time before at other locations) well, they charged me the regular salad price AND extra for the cheese.The new management even got rid of the employee discount for people that work next door, and keeping in mind that we buy from Subway everyday, its not like they were losing money, just a way to take care of your customers. I highly doubt I’ll get a reply from the owner or that the staff will be more friendly or that they’ll stop being money greedy, but I just needed my frustration to be known.

I wish there was a better grading system this location deserves a minus 100, since these new owners have taken over the sandwiches are horrible, the people behind the counter always give you a look when you ask for veggies and the little bit they give what a joke, they also pick and choose what coupons they will take and for what sandwiches, the coupon says which sandwiches are not included in the coupons. I went there one day their internet gif the Subway club card was supposedly down next time they always have something and the one guy acts like he doesn’t understand anything, this past Saturday they had a new guy training but did they really work with him. No after that visit and numerous times telling the trainer hat I wanted on the foot longs that is one location I am going to avoid. Horrible horrible experience worst Subway. I wish the former owners were back they had a great staff

I like this location, always clean and nice fast customer service, except for today. Theres a female employee working there. She was sooo slow! It look like she was doing it on purpose putting every ingredient so slow like she hated to do it. Wrapping the subway took forever. I have alot of patience but she did get me angry. The other employees, two young guys where nice and they tried to do the best by fixing her mistakes. She made it a bad experience.
