Everything added with poor attention with an excuse of not knowing what goes on a Grand Slam. Even worst it took almost 5 minutes for the 3 employees to stop what they were doing and decide to help the customers building up. Very dirty and unkept with empty shelves. This Subway is slowly becoming a mess with my last visit the same instance.

They lied saying I never placed in order with them. When I showed them the email the employee got hostile and was very rude and raised his voice at me. Once he was caught lying he made my food. Worst of all, he stared me down as I got in my car and drove away. I was very scared by this employees behavior.

I am very picky about my sub. On July 5th around noon, the young man and woman who made my footlong pro-rotisserie chicken were very nice and professional. She has been the only subway employee to ask me if I wanted more veggies or condiments in a while. I have my sub made with the same ingredients at every location I go to. They both made the best I sub I had, I will come back!

Ordered ahead. Took 40 minutes to complete my order. Delyssa? was on her phone, joking around and completely distracted with no regard for customers. Then she was confused when another customer walked out mid order. The other woman was doing all the work. Please hire better staff

This location closed early tonight. That’s fine, except it still took my online order AND charged my card. When I got there at 7:25 to get it, the lights were off and the doors locked. The employee opened the door a crack, said he didn’t have it. I said, but the website says it is finished AND it charged my card? The employee (quite rudely) said “guess you’ll have to get a refund” then slammed the door. So I’m seriously supposed to climb up the corporate ladder of contacts for refunds for $20 worth of subs? Ridiculous
